Aurelia's POV

"Let… me… go!" I struggled, trying to fight him off from behind but his grip was simply too strong. Tears stung at my eyes from the pain and I couldn’t even concentrate enough to release Liam's scent. I was too terrified to even think straight.

"How long has this been going on?" he asked as he suddenly let go of me. "Last week? A few days? When?" he yelled. I backed away from him, keeping my eyes on him to make sure he kept his distance but he kept advancing towards me with eyes that screamed betrayal like I broke his trust.

"How could you do that to a person?" I clenched my fist. "He's not just an ordinary person but a King! If word gets out, Red Valley will be in a bad position because of you!"
