Athena’s POV

My eyes suddenly opened, and I blinked to escape the strong light invading my eyes, I groaned and my eyes pelt adjusted to the light, and I opened my eyes up.

“You are awake,” a foreign voice said, and I quickly opened my eyes. I wasn't in a room I was familiar with, so I looked about and discovered I was inside the clinic. I suddenly remembered that I had lost consciousness under the waterfall and gasped; I instantly clutched my stomach, hoping that nothing had happened to my child; I would never forgive myself if anything had happened to my child.

“Your baby is fine, the fetus is growing normally,” the odd person stated, and I looked at her with suspicion. “I am the pack doctor; I looked after you when Alpha Andrew brought you to the Pack clinic,” she explained, and I nodded.
