“I will be back by dusk, I have some things to take care of,” I said and Lucas dropped the glass of wine he was holding

“Where are you going to? We haven’t had any proper discussion since you arrived at the pack” Lucas said, and I snorted, fisting my hands and trying so hard to control my raging heart.

“And whose fault is that?” I asked cockily, and he rolled his eyes, looking away.
