I could see us losing this match. There was no way we could take on these wolves alone no matter how powerful we were.

We were tired and my body was failing to keep me awake for much longer.

“Let’s let them go,” I whispered to indigo. “We have other problems to worry about.”

“You should listen to your friend,” the man chuckled. “You don’t want to end up in my bad radar and end up dying.”

“I could end you where you stand,” she growled, which had the man chuckling.

“You could, but you won’t do that. My warriors would kill you before you go anywhere. I would advise you to be careful how you do things so you wouldn’t end up dead. Trust me, you don’t want my warriors to tear you to pieces.”

Who was he to threaten us? I wanted so badly to stop his heart from beating but that would take a lot of strength out of me and I already had my powers brimming around me as a protective shield.

“It’s either I walk out of here with my men or my men kill you and your friend there,” he threatened.
