I stood in front of the house after getting out of the car, thinking if I stepped into the house it would be the end of my family.

“Hey. You okay?” Diego placed his hand on my shoulder as I nodded my head before making my way inside the house, giving him a weak smile as I strode towards the house.

“Come on! Let’s get you rested,” He said, leading the way into the house as everyone bowed his or her heads before me.

“Did you manage to get the video taken down?” I asked Jason, trying to catch up with him as he gave me an affirmative nod.

“Yes. We have been trying to get it taken down. Will see by the end of the day,” He assured but everyone saw the video of me being hit by my mate.

I did not know what to make of that or what to say to people who were trying to sympathize with me. I felt like I was naked this entire time.

It was the first time my face was on social media and it was a video of my mate hitting me.
