CHAPTER 3 JOB HUNTING.
18 Years Later.
"Have your breakfast before leaving, Aurora." A woman in her late 30's said. She was tired of her daughter's attitude of leaving the house without eating.
"Mom I don't want to be late, you know it's going to be a long journey before I get there" Her pretty young daughter said. She has a petite body and long black hair to go with. Her brunette skin gave out a sharp glow and her beautiful long lashes matched well with Jade green eyes and round baby face.
"Just have a bite or two and I'd let you go alright" The woman said.
"Arggg Mom!!! 2 bites it is!" Aurora said and took 2 bites off her toast bread and drank a little out of her coffee.
Aurora was about going out for a job interview. She had sent her application to more than 10 companies both the ones in Auburndale and the ones in other cities. She just wanted to try her luck and didn't have the slightest idea that she would be called for an interview in Quinn Enterprises Holding, Inc.
The journey from Auburndale to the Quinn Enterprises which was in Bartow, was like a 4-5 hours journey.
This was Aurora's fourth interview as she wasn't accepted for the rest 3 she went for due to some reasons or the other.
"Mom I'm about to go, wish me good luck" Aurora said to her mom. She sincerely wished she wouldn't blow up this interview like the other ones.
"Good luck sweet child" she said, giving her precious daughter a kiss on the forehead.
" Good luck Rory!!" Her 7 years old sleepy brother said coming out of the room. He woke up on hearing the conversation between his mother and sister.
" Thank you Alan dear" she said, chuckling at her brother's cuteness.
"Bye Mom bye Alan!!" Aurora said as she left the house.
MINUTES LATER.
"Honey has Aurora left already." Aurora's dad said. He came back extremely late the night before and overslept.
"Yes honey, she left like 40 minutes ago, she asked me not to wake you up as she wanted you to rest more" His wife said.
"Alright then. I sincerely hope she gets the job, but then the distance is another thing" The man said.
"Yeah I know, let her get the job first then we'd know what to do" The woman said.
"About what I told you some days ago, Aurora is 18 already and I feel like she needs to know already" Aurora's dad.
"I can't bring myself to tell her, let's wait a little more or we should probably not tell her. I love her so much please" The woman said with a pleading face and teary eyes.
"Hmm alright then but I feel like Rory needs to know" the man said.
"Rory needs to know what" young Alan said walking in the kitchen where his parents were.
He has a habit of barging in on conversations.
"Ah Rory needs to ah know that ah we would miss her so much if she rents her own apartment and starts living alone" Olivia, Alan's mom said stuttering, obviously telling a lie.
"Yes yes, that's what Rory needs to know" Her husband supported while staring at his curious little son.
"Uhm, Rory isn't going anywhere. I won't even allow it" He said opening the refrigerator bringing out his favorite chocolate flavored ice cream.
The husband and wife shared a quick stare and gave a breath of relief.

"I do not want to hear anybody talking about it, do not even think about it. Do I make myself clear?" Damien's deep voice echoed in the large room full of 8 people from his board of directors and more than 100 people from his staff.
One of his staff betrayed them, sold out some information to the rival company making them lose a huge deal.
He knew of the consequences but still went ahead to do something so stupid. He was killed by his people in the pack.
When Damien's gaze traveled throughout the room, none of them wouldn't dare to look him straight in the eyes as they all hummed and nodded in agreement.
"You all can now leave" Damien said.
"Yes Sir" They all said in sync and hurriedly stood up to leave the place.
Since the beginning of the meeting they felt Damien wasn't in a very good mood.
He looked and acted colder than usual. It didn't mean that he was usually so warm and friendly but they assumed he was in a very bad mood.
Damien Quinn, the extremely important and popular name in the four lands. Auburndale, Bartow, Gibsonia and Dundee.
He was both famous in the human world and supernatural world.
He was the CEO of Quinn Enterprises Holding, Inc.
He owned the company at such a young age and therefore he was extremely acquainted with everything related to business.
He ran the company strictly with ultimate authority and power. Meanwhile some other things were handled by his Beta or Gamma.
However, not all his staff were human. Majority of them were supernatural beings.
Damien was the Alpha of the Crescent moon pack so automatically most of the members of his pack would work in the company under him.
Chapter 20 Knowing More About Him-Part 2 "Ho...how and why would your father kill his own wife?" Aurora asked as she didn't expect Damien's father would be the reason for his wife's death. "That is one of the rules of the Lycanthropes. An Alpha must kill his mate when she reaches a particular stage in her life." Damien dropped another bomb and she almost fainted out of shock. She pushed Damien's hands away from her body and she slowly moved back. "What kind of stupid rule is that? What is wrong with you all? Why would you Lycanthropes have a rule like that? That means if I eventually become your so-called Luna you would kill me too? Never! I'm out of here" she said and was about to go out when Damien's hysterical laughter stopped her. "Damn you look so cute when you are angry, cute thing" Damien said and walked closer to her. "What? What is funny Mr
CHAPTER 19 KNOWING MORE ABOUT HIM-PART 1The sun shone brightly and beautifully, it wasn't so harsh on the skin accompanied with the breeze that blew uncontrollably. A blonde lady could be seen in a high class bar holding a glass of drink. "He has a fucking mate" The blonde lady said as she sipped the drink from the glass that she had been holding for a long time now. "I never bring untrue news, Livia" A man who looked like he was in his 20s but was actually way older than that responded to her with his glass of drink still in his hand. "She isn't even as pretty as I am and she's a fragile human! Can you believe that? How could she make a good Luna for the Crescent Moon Pack?" Livia's voice was laced with surprise and disappointment as she asked. "Oh so you saw her."
CHAPTER 18 INVITATION The sound of the elevator could be heard as it came to a halt, Aurora couldn't be any less happy as the elevator halted. Damien was making her uncomfortable and she was have a kind of feeling that she had never had before. The iron doors of the elevator opened and Aurora dashed out of the elevator, she stood outside waiting for him to come out. Damien grinned watching Aurora dash out of the elevator. He loved her reaction to what he did to her, just being close to him affected her greatly. He stepped out of the elevator and walked towards her, "You didn't even wait for the doors to be opened fully before you dashed out of the elevator. Was there something that got you scared there?" Damien acted oblivious of what made her run out of the elevator or what he did to her. "No... nothing...I was..I was feeling a little suffoc
CHAPTER 17 WHO IS SHE?Aurora's grip on the hand of the car chair tightened as Damien showed no mercy and instead drove speedily without any care. "You don't have to drive so fast," Aurora muttered. She didn't like the speed and she was extremely scared. "You are scared aren't you?" Damien asked, wearing a very serious expression. "I'm not scared but then it would do you no harm if you reduce the speed at least" Aurora said. She placed her hand on her skirt as if smoothing it. Before she knew it the pace of the car reduced drastically and the car kept moving ridiculously slowly. She looked up to meet Damien's grinning face. "Is this alright, mouse?" Aurora stared at him wondering what was going on in this man's head, because she told him to slow down a bit didn't mean he should drive ridiculously slow.
Chapter 16 THE PERFECT LUNAAuthor: Please do me a very big favor by rating and voting for the story, I promise it wouldn't take much of your time.Thank You. Livia was the most shocked. She stared with her mouth opened, the girl was indeed Damien's mate. But wasn't Damien giving her such privilege too soon? She remembered when she was about sitting on the same seat against Damien's warning. That day, she came to the pack house and met them about to eat lunch. Damien wasn't in the dining room yet but everybody else was seated there. She walked to the seat beside Damien's about to sit when Oliver, Damien's beta stopped her. He reminded her about Damien's warning but she didn't listen and just when she was about to sit, Damien who was already approaching had yelled at her so hard making her feel pains all over her body. But now Damien just asked the
CHAPTER 15 SHOCKED A woman made her way to The Crescent Moon Pack house. She wasn't in a good mood but she still went anyway. Passing through the large door which had guards guarding it, she met Derick who sat on the chair with his phone in his hands. "Good morning Derick" Her soft yet confident voice was heard. Derick looked up only to see the person who was in front of him. "Hey Livia, it's been a while. How are you?" Derick asked. The last time he saw the woman that stood before him was after the pack hunt which she decided to tag along with. He knew she was here for Damien and nothing else, they had all noticed the affections of the girl towards Damien. Ignoring his question she said, "Is Alpha Damien in?" Without taking
