CHAPTER 1 PROLOGUE

CHAPTER 1 PROLOGUE.

A young lady who shone so brightly was sitting on a white chariot.

Her silky long flowing hair is beautified with a moon shaped crown. The silver dress that she wore illuminated her surroundings as her body radiated the moonlight.

She was Rhea, the moon goddess.

In front of her laid a Lycan with a very muscular body marred with newly bad bruises and batters.

His eyes were like a substitute of blood, very red tinted with rage and spite.

As much as he had a very remarkable healing ability, the wolfsbane slowed down the healing process.

A wolfsbane is a liquid, silver in color that can weaken a werewolf.

"This isn't over..." Goddess Rhea's voice echoed in his head, ringing so loud like a mysterious instrument.

Behind them was the aftermath of war. Bodies of different kinds were laying on the ground coupled with their over flowing rivers of blood.

"They are still after you, they are alive. Alive but weak" Goddess Rhea continued.

She looked down at the injured Lycan who groaned on the ground. He shifted back into his human form, with his body coated with blood one could barely recognize him.

"Do you think I care?!!" Damien yelled. He couldn't stand the mystical being anymore, goddess or not.

" Trust me, you will." The goddess said solemnly.

Damien chuckled at the words of the goddess, he cared less about her words or the so-called curse.

The never ending battle between the Lycanthropes, the Vampire, and the demons had brought enormous casualties between the three parties and other living things in the entire terrestrial world.

Among which, was the extinction of those White witches. Unlike the black witches the white witches were good people bestowed with five elements. Spirit, Air, Water, Earth, and Fire.

Their extinction was a ritual to close the portal of the evil forces. However, there was still the existence of a handle of white witches.

Damien was fed up with the crazy moon goddess, he slowly stood up walking away from her. The mixed scent of blood and death filled the air leaving a very unpleasant feeling to their sense of smell.

"The seal will be broken again someday and you'd need to close it" Despite their distance Rhea's voice thundered into his head as he walked away.

"Without a special white witch you can do nothing!" Damien snorted. It was the power of the White witches to close the broken seal for the second time, since the special ones ceased to exist, nothing Rhea could do to fight off the evil forces.

"Guardian spirit of the witches will breathe a new life into human children. Three special people shall be born into the human world and you shall be a protector of one of them.

"Tch protector!!" Damien snapped. He was surprised at the gut of the moon goddess, telling him to protect a special being.

"And why do you think I would help?" Damien asked while narrowing his blood red eyes.

Damien was placed under a curse by Rhea because of his ferocious action to gain supreme power and authority.

Goddess Rhea forbade him from having a mate as a punishment for his actions and forced him along with the others to be involved in this deadly war.

"You cannot turn me!, Damien, into a slave for some crazy special being whatsoever" Damien said and paused, he felt a little pain below his knees.

"Don't you have no fear of me tearing the special being into shreds with the blood all over my face and body" Damien continued, he groaned as his wolf side seemed to be on the surface.

"No, You will not, You definitely won't" Rhea said still as solemn as over. "You will not be their slave nor hurt them, instead you will adore and cherish them in every possible way.

Damien laughed menacingly upon hearing this. He cared less about the breaking of the seal.

Once they cross his own territory he would tear them apart with or without any special being.

"Once I lay my eyes on them, I will be the last person they would see ever again" He was referring to both the special being and the demons.

Rhea smiled at the naiveness of Damien, she didn't take any offense whatsoever in what Damien said.

With her solemnity still intact she said,

"But you will not hurt your own mate, will you now".
