Lance, my wolf stretched his long wolf legs happily and bounded off running along the borders of the pack. It been weeks since we improved the security system of the pack.

As the pack’s delta, I have make it a point to patrol around the borders every evening to make sure things are running smoothly at the four borders of the pack land.

Wind rushed through my fur and the rustling sound of the leaves penetrated through my ears. The fresh evening breeze runs through my brown fur and the natural earthly smell of the leaves infiltrated my nose.

I run along the perimeter with my wolf eyes scanning the area for threats.

“Guys , how is it going at the north border?” I asked the patrol teams through the mind link.

“Peaceful, delta” replied the head of the north patrol team.

“What of east border?”

“Good”

“South?”

“Normal delta”

“West”

“Nothing yet”

“Cool . Keep me posted of any danger” I told the four teams and closed off my link.
