Chapter Thirty - Four

Pain:

“Have a seat.” Lance snickered as Jace’s feet hit the concrete floor of the basement.

Jace went to react. He wanted to grab Lance by the throat and squeeze the life out of him. He hated his smug attitude and he acted like a spoiled brat ninety nine percent of the time. Jace walked over to the chair and sat down. He pushed the chains away from the chair, not reacting to the wolf's bane. Bruce raised an eyebrow at him. Lance smirked.

“No, not there.” Lance chuckled.

“In that old tub.” Lance finished after he laughed.

Jace looked back at the old metal claw foot tub in the room. He had never used it but he knew what it was for. You would submerge your ofendent in a bath of wolfsbane. It was worse than the chains drenched in it. Jace Sighed standing. He shook his head slightly and walked over to the tub going to climb in.

“No strip first.” Lance smirked.

Jace let out a sigh and kicked off his shoes. He pulled his shirt up over his head and then dropped his pants. He let his boxers on
