“Grey,” I mumbled, waking up from the slumber I think I spent hours in.

His scent still lingered in the room and I knew he recently just left. His silence made me sure that he was not around me.

I had fallen asleep in his arms, that one of which I remember. But I had fallen so deep in my sleep that I didn't even notice that he had left. I looked at the time to see it was already past eleven. Almost midnight. It had been several hours since I was discharged from the hospital and I had been sleeping since then.

Everyone was supposed to be asleep at that time, I wondered why Grey was out of the room.

Getting out of bed, I walked over to the bathroom. I opened the door slowly, hoping he was not in the bathroom doing his business. He was my mate and I had seen him naked several times but it was still going to be very awkward if I just walked right into the bathroom without his consent.
