Only then did Marshmallow smile in satisfaction and continue driving. To be safe, I texted my dormmates and sent them my location. I told them to call the cops if anything felt wrong.

Once Marshmallow opened the door to his apartment, I frowned. The stench was even more apparent than before—he hadn't cleaned the place at all! And there wasn't any candlelight dinner!

I backed away, but he'd already locked the door. He smiled faintly at me. "Have a seat, my queen. I'll go get changed."

I was trembling with fear but could only put on a calm front and nod. Then, I sat on the couch, looking high and mighty like I'd always been around him.
