It’s my first time

Xavier gradually opened his eyes, and a smile spread across his face as his gaze met mine from where I sat on the floor.

"Hey," I greeted, putting down my phone and smiling widely.

"What are you doing down there?" he asked, attempting to sit up.

"Nothing," I replied with a smile as I stood up. "I was moving around too much, and I didn't want to disturb your sleep," I explained as I settled next to him.

He responded with a faint smile and reached for my hand, gently playing with and caressing my fingers.

"I'm sorry I fell asleep like that. I haven't been able to sleep well since you left. I kept worrying and praying that I would find you, hoping that no harm had come to you. I was so worried," he confessed, lifting his head to look at me.

I smiled and placed my other hand on top of his. "Don't worry, Xavier. That will never happen again, okay? I'm back, and I'm not going anywhere. Never again," I assured him, and he nodded.

His gaze slowly shifted to my lips, lingering there
