Naoki was smiling so wide when he exited the room, with his own friend standing beside Naoki with indifferent expression. It might be just Jai, but to him, his friend was looking deep in thought. Jai somehow thought his friend was considering about Torfo, which was good. Making friends are always better.
Naoki held Jai by his upper arm, a big smile perched on his face as he looked at Jai with those big chocolate orbs of his.
Jai wondered why the guy would act like that, but he just smiled back. Naoki patted his shoulders and then entered the room, leaving Jai smiling like an idiot in the middle of the hallway.

“Naoki’s just happy that someone got to be his friend’s friend,” Darrion answered.
