190 - Peace?
Unfortunately, what happened next was what Torfo had not hoped but already expected. When he didn’t find anyone in the dorm, he went to the dining room. Because it was lunch time, he thought someone should be there to have lunch. Instead, he found everyone. Plus the children. And he didn’t feel like telling what he was about to tell Darrion in front of everyone, who cherished Jai’s presence so much. He was thinking how should he tell the windlet about his friend when he realized he had Jai’s scarf in his hands. An idea suddenly popped into his mind.
He stood by the entrance of the dining room and stood up straight. Darrion was sitting facing the entrance’s direction, so the blonde would eventually see him.
Everyone looked like they were having a good time eating, talking to each other, and none of them looked at the door for the first minute. So Torfo waved Jai’s scarf around the top of his head, trying to get their attention.
