A loud shriek pierced the sky as a spreading white lightning exploded with an indignation bang.
"Ah!" Jai gasped, bending his body over as he was out of breath.
"One more time, Jai," Teacher Sora said calmly while fanning himself slowly. His long white hair and long white beard swayed lightly from the gentle breeze.
Jai gulped and raised his index finger towards the older man.
"One (heave) minute..." Jai choked out, before he caught his breath again.
Teacher Sora hummed briefly. "Very well. You look like you need a breather," the teacher said with a small smile.
Jai, with those droplets of sweat flowing from his face and down to his chin and neck, silently thanked him in his heart. Because he couldn't afford to say anything right now.
