CHAPTER 99

MATHIAS’S POV

I woke up earlier than usual this morning. The birds were chirping outside as I stood up to check my room’s view.

Of course, my mate Autumn was not with me. She is always not with me, and I made up my mind to curb that behavior today.

Mrs. Potts came in shortly after. “Good morning, your bath is ready,” she said. “Is it hot?” I asked. “Yes, it is,” she responded.

I needed a hot bath this morning; the cold air was getting to my skin. My skin was becoming pale and white.

After bathing, I dressed up in a nice brown silk shirt and wore matching brown pants. My outfits definitely were always on point.

“Breakfast is ready, sir,” one of the maids said. “I will be there in a bit,” I said.

After getting dressed, I left my room, heading to the dining hall.

I also saw Sunny heading to the dining hall as she waited to greet me. “Good morning, sir,” she said.
