Anderson Mansion was bustling with activities as everyone was busy preparing for the banquet that night.

Meanwhile, the main attraction of the banquet, Linda, was sitting alone in her room. In a daze, she stared at the view outside the window.

She was finally returning to the Anderson family. However, she wasn't as happy as she thought she would be. She couldn't feel any sense of belonging to this place. There was only unfamiliarity.

Linda thought of the day Philip had come to see her.

"Linda, I'm your grandfather," he said.

It had taken her a while to overcome her surprise. She'd even hesitated to call him "Grandpa."

Despite that, Philip had been so happy that his eyes had crinkled into a smile.
