Lucien's POV

Tom, Josh, and I headed to the Packhouse and headed. I had some Packs I needed to get a hold of and also needed to make sure Stephen and Steven to make sure everything went smoothly with Kelly. I also had some Packs I needed to talk to that were planning on going to war with each other. I was trying to find a way to keep the peace. There had been too many wars with Packs since before I took over as King. Before I could call Stephen, my mom stomped into my office.

"Please tell me that the rumors are not true? Tell me you didn't behead Lucy in front of the Pack," My mom said. I didn't think she woudl find out so soon. It hadn't even been an hour since it happened.

"Mom. I did what I had to. She wasn't going to stop messing with Jennifer if I didn't," I replied, and my mom let out a sigh.

I love how Jenn and Claire are such complete opposites. Jenn is so cool and level-headed, but Claire was always so hot-headed.
