Chapter 30 In the bar

I looked down at my phone at the time. I was nervous not just because he was late but because he was my professor. The sound of birds filled the air as I waited. Just then a car pulled up in front of my dorm building and Atlas stepped out in a sharp suit. I blushed at how handsome he looked. It was a gray suit with a crisp blue shirt, and a thin tie to match everything.

We were mates, it’s fine to go on a date with your mate right? Especially when he is such a handsome mate…

He stepped out and opened the door, gesturing for me to get in. I walked over and got into the BMW. Atlas closed the door.

“You look beautiful.” Atlas complimented and I smiled, glad he liked my choice. I’m glad I didn’t take Judy’s suggestion. It would have been too much.
