22. From a Mosquito, Anger Ensues

"Good morning, Mas," Ria greeted with a bright smile, as did Tia and Nia, who immediately stood up as if welcoming a king. Only Airin remained silent in her chair, acting as though she was just an observer, which caught Sakha's attention.

Airin squinted at the neat attire Sakha was wearing. His appearance was a far cry from the sleazy impression he gave this morning; now, he looked authoritative as usual. This made Airin wonder if the man she was with last night was really the same person. Sir Sakha Januar Pradipta, the man she used to watch from afar while working on his farm, was now her husband, and they had done things she never imagined she would do with him before.

As Sakha walked in and sat at the head of the table, Airin remained motionless.

Henia nudged her elbow gently. "Ririn, if Mas comes, you should greet him."

Airin pretended to be flustered. "Ah yes, sorry. Good morning, Mas."

Sakha responded with a flat look. "Morning."
