“What happened?” That voice made Cyra take her emerald eyes upward from the ground and she saw the light hazel orbs of her boyfriend, Ethan, gazing at her, confused.
“N…. nothing,” she shook her head at her 25 years old boyfriend, who was sitting beside her. They both were sitting on the same bench of that park where they had been meeting each other in secret for the past 3 years. Ethan clearly caught that gloominess in her eyes which befuddled him because he had barely seen her so lost ever in his life but today, she was looking exhausted. “Did you get tired a lot after celebrating your birthday party last night?” His question made Cyra clench her fists as she didn't even have that courage to tell him what she had done last night with that stranger because she was terrified of losing Ethan. “Yes,” she lied to him, feeling like her heart was aching. She knew she should tell him the truth but she was terrified of seeing his reaction. “Don't worry. Go home and then get some rest,” he placed his palm over her head and then tenderly caressed it. It hurt her even more because it made Cyra feel like she was cheating on him. “I will inform you about how my interview will go this afternoon, okay?” He said to her, earning a nod from her. Cyra stood up on her feet and turned around to leave but his voice stopped her. “Angel….” Her heart shattered more brutally by hearing him calling her with that nickname which he had given her. Cyra turned around slowly and saw him standing in front of her. “Here's your birthday gift,” she saw him extending a small jewellery box towards her and Cyra witnessed a beautiful silver ring inside it. “I know it's not something very special or expensive but it's the only belonging of my mother which I have with me and I want it to hand over to you today,” Cyra heard him telling her. Ethan had lost his both parents in a tragic accident when he was a kid and since then he never had a proper family ever in his life. Grabbing that ring, he held her hand and then gently slid that ring inside her ring finger. “Because after my mother, the only woman I love the most in my life is you and it will always be you for me, my angel,” a tear slipped down from her eyes, hearing his words which made Ethan cup her face. He wiped her face and washed her tears away. “Now, you have turned into my bride and my bride shouldn't be crying,” he tried to cheer her up but Cyra broke down into tears and hugged him tightly. “I….I love you. Please…never leave me, Ethan,” she begged him while hugging him as tightly as she could. Smiling, Ethan embraced her back before he kissed the top of her head. “Never, my angel because I love you for the best and for the worst,” his words made her cage him more firmly. Now she didn't even know whether she would ever be able to tell the truth to Ethan or not because she knew she was not capable of living without him, so now she could only hope for that unknown man to never come in front of her ever again. But little did she know, that unknown man was already present around her and was gazing at her embracing another man which filled his cerulean orbs with that malicious madness. “Until tonight, mi amor,” he breathed out while that treacherous smirk formed on his sinister face. ………. “No, I am going with my parents to attend the dinner with the Alvaro family right now,” Cyra said to Leena on the call while trying to cover up those dark red hickeys on her neck with her makeup which she had received from that unnamed man. “Oh….okay. Don't think too much about last night,” Leena's words made Cyra sigh because Leena knew nothing about Cyra's relationship with Ethan, so she had no idea of that pain Cyra was feeling at that moment. “By the way, did you hear that conversation in our college group chat about Kellan that he….” “I will talk to you later, Leena. I am getting a call,” Cyra halted Leena in the middle, witnessing Ethan's call entering into her phone. She hung up Leena's call and then picked up Ethan's. “Hello…..” “Guess, what happened? I cracked the interview and got the job, angel,” Ethan's enthusiastic voice notified her which brought a smile on her face. “The Alvaro Corporations hired me and now, very soon, we can disclose about our relationship in front of your parents with no worry,” tears shimmered in her eyes, hearing him but Cyra wiped her tears away and then sighed heavily. “Congratulations. I am extremely happy for you……”she wished him. She was genuinely happy for his success because she knew how hard he had worked to get this job, so that they could announce their relationship to her parents would at least think about giving their relationship their approval, especially her father who was extremely strict and protective of his daughter and her future. “Cyra…..come fast, sweety,” she heard her mother calling for her. “My mother is calling me. I am going out with my parents. I will talk to you soon,” she uttered to Ethan. “Oh…okay. Bye. Love you,” he replied back, making Cyra clench her palms. “Love you too,” she replied back, not even sure whether she was even worth his love anymore or not after what she had done last night and how she was still trying to hide the truth from him with the fear of losing him. “Bye,” she hung up the call and took a last glance at her reflection in the mirror where she found herself wearing that red tea length midi dress. Now Cyra was feeling ashamed to even look at herself. No, she couldn't hide the truth from Ethan anymore. She should tell him the truth and she would definitely do it after returning from this dinner. Sighing heavily, Cyra walked out of her room, praying in her heart that she would never have to get in the presence of that barbaric man ever in her life again but little did she know. …………….. “Welcome,” Cyra saw the Alvaro family welcoming them inside their manor which was beautifully lavish and extravagant just like their family name and status. “We are happy to have you all here, especially my beautiful lady, Cyra,” Cyra witnessed her father's best friend and the head of the Alvaro family, Caius Alvaro, saying to her with a tender pat on her head. Cyra passed him a smile in order to respect him which made him beam at her too. She knew the Alvaro family since her childhood and they had always treated her like a part of their own family. Both the families started greeting each other. “Martha, please go and call Zaiden downstairs,” Her aunt Leora said to the house staff and Cyra just continued to stand there beside her father who was talking to her uncle Caius. “Tell him everyone is here,” Cyra saw the house help bowing at her aunt Leora and then she turned around and left to follow the request of her aunt Leora. “Come, sit please,” her aunt Leora requested all of them to settle down on the sofa. Cyra looked at her father and mother where she saw her father nodding at her tenderly and then she saw her parents sitting on the sofa, along with her uncle and aunt and when finally all the elders sat, Cyra decided to sit too. “Come, Cyra,” she heard Kaena Alvaro saying to her, who adored her a lot since her childhood. Cyra smiled at her and decided to sit beside her sissy Kaena. She walked towards the sofa and was about to sit there when suddenly she again felt that presence which caused those tendrils of chill to run down her spine, just like last night when she entered that club. Her feet paused. “Look, Zaiden is here….” She heard her aunt Leora saying with a smile while looking behind her which made Cyra slowly turn around and that was where every ounce of her being went numb when her gaze collided with those piercing cerulean eyes of that person again. For a brief moment, Cyra couldn't believe her eyes when she saw that man in front of her but when she noticed his cerulean eyes getting fixed at her, the corner of her own gaze immediately picked with tears. It was him. That man to whom she lost herself last night. It was Zaiden Alvaro. Now what kind of cruel game her fate was trying to play here by making her stand in front of him again and this time, not as strangers anymore? But only if she would have been aware at that moment about how cruel this game was going to be when she would have to become the forced bride of Zaiden Alvaro.Of all the men in this world, it had to be him? Zaiden Alvaro? Cyra's beryl orbs still couldn't believe that she was seeing that man in front of her again from whom she was wanting to escape. She wanted to run away from his very presence because she could sense that every inch of his being was going to torment her brutally. She saw his indistinct blue eyes gazing at her which immediately brimmed the corner of her own eyes with tears. Cyra was not the kind of person to cry so easily but this man's mere gaze was enough to scare the life out of her. It was like his eyes held the power of trapping her in that cage of sin which he solely possessed but little did Cyra know at that moment that….he might possess that cage of sin but she was going to be its real sinner.Keeping his eyes connected with hers, his feet made their way towards her direction which froze Cyra. She wanted to run, she wanted to scream, she wanted to hide but all she could force her body to do was just stand there and w
Her feet paused. Cyra felt like her heart had come to her mouth by seeing him right in front of her again. His predacious gaze told her that he had been waiting for her and this alerted her. Cyra clenched her palms and attempted to walk away from there because she couldn’t make that dare to stay alone with this man, even for a single second. Cyra just took a step of her but her body forced her to stand still as her eyes witnessed him coming closer to her.She knew she should be running away from him but seeing him coming closer to her, her feet refused to get away from him. Was it because of the fear of getting chased by him or was it something more deep and dark? Her blood ran cold, seeing him eliminating the distance between their bodies. His eyes dared her to look away from him and like a compliant slave, her eyes submitted to his unsaid warning without even trying to fight. What had happened to her?Suddenly his phone started ringing which he was holding in his hand and Cyra saw
Completely numb, Cyra saw that man coming closer to her who had now started becoming like the biggest sin of her life. Her grip tightened around her phone and this time she forced her feet to listen to the voice of her mind….that she should keep her distance from him.His eyes caught her walking back but at the same time, they also noticed that broken railing behind her which her eyes could not catch because of the darkness of the night.“If you were so curious to know about me then you could have just come to me and ask me whatever you want to know about me?” He uttered to her, calmly like they both were each other's best friends, so she could directly ask him anything about his own self. His feet continued to eliminate the distance between their bodies while her steps also didn't stop from reducing that elimination of distance between them.“I could have given you a better and more detailed illustration about what kind of person I am, mi amor,” his words made Cyra swallow.“How do yo
“Did you think, Ms. Merciez?” Frigid, Cyra gazed at him. She really never thought about those consequences which were going to occur once she would tell everything to everyone and her apprehensive expression said that all to him.“You will tell your father regarding all of this and this would ruin our families’ relations. It would break our fathers’ decades of friendship,” he uttered and it continued to fill her with more and more fright when she attempted to look upon the coming aftermath.“Your father will believe you but it won't be the same from my father's side because he will believe his own son rather than you. Then, this matter might go in the hands of the police and then it will get revealed in front of the entire world where ….” He paused and looked into her beryl eyes more keenly where he saw that terror gleaming in them.“Every person in this entire country might get aware of how Caius Alvaro's son drugged Arran Merciez’s daughter to take advantage of her and then….the pol
The cold breeze of the night continued to shudder her body but it could not shiver that fear Cyra's heart had been feeling at that moment by seeing that pernicious calmness in his cerulean eyes. That serene smile remained intact on his face, even though he knew he was pushing both of them on that treacherous edge of losing their lives but none of this could fade that repose look on his face and this told her what kind of menacing insanity he possessed inside him.“Give that phone to me, Ms. Merciez,” she heard him saying to her. His hand tightly gripped her wrist which caused more tears to roll down from her eyes. How could someone be this crazy? He was playing with both of their lives just to make her lose, even if that loss involved losing their own lives?Cyra refused to give up to his madness and tightly gripped her phone. She knew she should scream for help. Her parents would definitely listen to her screams of her help and might even succeed in saving her from this man's madness
“Cyra Devil Alvaro,” amiably breathing that name against her mouth, he pressed his lips against her delicate ones which froze Cyra for a brief moment, especially when she heard that name escaping from his mouth and what it actually meant. Cyra Devil Alvaro…..Cyra Zaiden Alvaro. That mere name had started evoking countless emotions inside her which she had never felt before. He gently sucked on her lower lip, taking Cyra out of her deep thoughts. She finally realised how her mind got fixed at that name instead of focusing on how his mouth was touching her without her consent. How irrational she had turned?Cyra immediately turned her head away in order to stop him from kissing her. She thought he was going to be aggressive with her for denying his touch and might hurt her too but he just stopped kissing her and then pressed his forehead against her temple which felt more terrifying than his kiss, to her? Why did this man behave so calmly whenever she expected him to be angry? His calmn
“What were you doing on the terrace, Cyra?” Cyra heard her mother asking her as soon as she entered the hall where her parents were present, along with his parents and Keana. “Leena called me, so I was talking with her, mum,” Cyra lied because she knew she didn't have the guts to tell anyone present there regarding what happened with her on the terrace and by whom, so lying seemed to be the easiest thing to do at that moment to her.“Is everything alright?” Cyra heard her mother asking her again and she understood her mother might have sensed that apprehension on her face which she was trying to conceal.Cyra wagged her while trying to pass a forced smile to her mother but her attempt to smile failed as soon as she saw him entering the hall. His cerulean eyes were already on her but Cyra looked away from him.“I will be back in a minute,” Cyra said to her mother, confusing her.“Where are you going now?” Her mother asked, getting up from the sofa.“In the garden,” she answered, bewild
Horrified, Cyra watched that old lady, Clara, who was also one of the oldest house staff in the Alvaro manor, standing in front of them. Clara’s wrinkled eyes watched them, a bit appalled. She caught them like this. Cyra saw Clara lowering her eyes which made her immediately detach herself from his arms. Her entire body started trembling in fear because she didn't even know what would happen if Clara would tell their parents about what she saw here. “I….” Cyra lost her words. She didn't even know what to say.Clara took her head upward. Cyra thought she was going to ask something to them but Clare trailed her eyes towards him.“Your father is calling you both inside,” she told him and Cyra saw him wagging his head in his reply to Clara. After receiving his answer, Clara turned around and left, leaving Cyra completely startled behind her. What just happened here? Why didn't Clara ask anything to them after catching her in his arms? Was she going to tell their parents everything now? T
“It's F L O W E R S….” A big smile formed on Allura's face, hearing her little sister telling her the correct spelling of flowers. Greta was revising her lesson as today she had a class test. Allura was extremely proud of her sister. She loved seeing her studying, because she had always wanted to study, to go to school, to make friends, to have teachers, to live a normal life of a child. But those wants of her never even began, much less she got to live them. But she was extremely happy, witnessing her little sister living that life, which she had always yearned to have. “It's done,” Greta closed her notebook, “I will get full marks today,” she told her big sister, earning a thumbs up for her.“All the very b…best,” Allura wished her, making the little girl giggle in happiness. “Here. I have packed your l…lunch box. Don't forget to f..finish it,” Allura said to Greta, putting her lunch box inside her school bag. For years, Allura had been doing most of the house chores. Cooking, cl
Venom. That pain, which she was feeling, was like that venom, which had been killing her slowly and so silently that the outside world didn't even have a clue about it. But that pain was hurting her soul. It had been hurting her for years, but today, she met the possessor of that venom. And their encounter was so dreadful that Allura didn't even want to get in front of him ever. Not even as Elysia Sylvaine. Let alone as Allura Vezar.A lone tear rolled down from her eyes, so she attempted to wipe her eyes a bit harshly, and ended up pricking those colour contact lenses in her eyes. Allura softly hissed, and then she took out her lenses from her eyes one by one. Trailing her eyes towards the mirror, she finally found her multi-coloured irises gazing at her, which she had inherited from her grandpa. Her eyes, which always made her remember her grandpa, and how ruthlessly he had been murdered.Allura gazed at her unconcealed eyes, which she had always believed the most unique and beautif
Changing into his sleepwear, Arezko went to Aivren's room. He had his clothes and other necessary belongings here in AIV MANOR, because he mostly stayed here with Aivren to look after her, and probably with the same hope as Zace. That she would wake up at any moment, so he should remain close to her to witness that moment. That moment, which he had been dying to witness from the past nine years. He entered her room, and his gaze straight fell on her, who was still sleeping. Slightly closing the door, he walked towards the door. Sitting on the bed, he placed his palm over her head, and gently stroked her hair.A soft smile formed on his face as his light amber eyes gazed down at her. The girl, with whom he had fallen in love like crazy, when they used to be kids. He had always craved to get her attention in their kindergarten. When the very first day he met her there, he had wanted to be her friend. But that day, he ended up laughing at her brother, Zace, because she was beating him wi
With his clenched jaw, he watched that woman stepping inside the room. She didn't bother to even ask for his approval, even though she knew he despised his loneliness getting interrupted by anyone for any reason. But she didn't care because she knew….he would never kill her for her bravery and audacity. As he needed them. Her bold and fearless nature had always held a very crucial place in his life, and they both were aware of this really very well. Her frosty-grey eyes, which looked so enigmatic that it could even gain the attention of a blind. Every detail of her face and body was carved so perfectly that it could even shiver the worldly definition of perfection. Her light blonde hair. Even just the way she walked, it resembled pure seduction and temptation. She didn't own the power and authority, but she knew she held the power of controlling the owner of that same exact power and authority just by using her mere glance. She had always been like that dream, if you would have it…it
Pain, pain and just pain. All Allura could feel, understand and sense at that moment was pain. Viorica, her family, her step-mother, and most importantly, a woman, with whom she had been living for years, how could she turn so cruel that she ended up selling her to a place like that, just for money?Did money really hold the strength to overpower the life, dignity, morales and most importantly, the humanity of a human?“How c…could you do this with m…me?” Her words were stuttering, but not her strength. She was determined to know how someone could stoop so low? Especially when that someone was a part of her family? How.Viorica glowered at her, cupping her cheek, which was still stinging because of the vigor of her slap.“I…I knew it since the start that you don't like me, and it's un…understandable for me. But this?” Allura sounded aghast, disgusted, and most importantly hurt. “You s…sold me like an object?” Tears continued to pour down from her eyes, wetting her already moistened f
Fleeing as fast as she could on that road, Allura's legs had started aching in pain, but she didn't stop running for her life. For once, she didn't try to turn around to look back with the dread what if he would have been following her. What if he would catch her again? What if he would put his tainted hands on her? What if that monstrous devil trapped her in his hell? Bawling uncontrollably, she continued to run, but her heartbeat inflated when she heard a car's honk. She turned her head around, and saw a car following her. Was it him again? That mere thought made her panic.Allura teared up more. She attempted to sprint faster now, but couldn't stop that running car from overtaking her. Allura's feet paused, seeing that car side passing her, and then it stopped right in front of her.Her blood ran cold. She saw the door of that car getting opened, but the person she saw coming out of it, numbed her till her core. More tears blurred her vision. It was that man, whom she had seen at
His perilous gaze watched how badly she had been trembling on that floor. That scenario had horrified her so much that she had ended up tightly closing her eyes while cupping her ears to block even the essence of that distressing moment from reaching her senses, but her vulnerable state told him that blood-curdling scene had already made its space in her thoughts. That was why she was wailing on that floor like a little child, who had seen a ghost with her own eyes.A fearsome ghost, who had been haunting her for years.Lifting his hand up, he gently gripped her chin, but she had turned so disturbed by that situation that the second he touched her, she immediately flinched backwards, and attempted to push his hand away from her, like his touch had been burning her skin.Allura shoved his hand away, and instantly dragged herself away from him. Zace saw that extreme amount of terror brimming in her glossy eyes, which made him aware of how even his mere presence had started scaring her, b
Utterly helpless, Allura had accepted her defeat. That no one and nothing was going to save her from the cruelty of this brutal devil tonight. He was going to torment her body, her soul and even her life. He was going to break her existence.Closing her glossy eyes, she lowered her head, and broke down into tears. A sob ripped out of her throat, oblivious that her mouth dared to make a noise in front of him.Allura got so coerced by his subjugation that she felt like she had lost her strength to even fight against him. He had snatched even her rationality to think about her own well. Her pain had overwhelmed her to the extent she could not focus on anything, except for his hands which were still on her body, making her believe he was going to demolish her at any moment.Bawling her heart out, Allura started throwing reluctant punches against his chest and shoulders, which didn't even have any force, but she was still trying. Even though her physical strength had been lost completely
The moment he tasted the sweetness of her lips, he knew there would be no going back from this. The warmth of her mouth felt so beguiling that he knew he would not hesitate to give up on his own life to get embraced by this warmth over and over again. His mind turned blank. All the thoughts, all the sanity drained out of him, leaving that only madness inside him of demolishing her till the extent where even every breath of her life would submit to him.Zace got so lost in feeling the allure of her tender lips that he didn't care about that poor girl's protests, who had been using every inch of her strength to push him away from her.Breaking down into tears, Allura hitted him, punched him, attempted to shove him away from her, but none of this succeeded in freeing her from the essence of that sin, which his mouth had been committing with her.He sucked on her juicy lips, bringing more tears in her eyes. Allura tried to push him away from her, but he grasped her both wrists and pinned
