Amani painted in her art room for a little while, but eventually, she grew restless and sat at the window, gazing out for some time. She hated being locked away, unable to roam around the palace or take walks along the garden. However, she understood that she still had a long way to go before Malakai would trust her enough to grant her some freedom.

As the sun began to dip below the horizon, Malakai returned to her and offered to take her for a walk. Amani was delighted at the opportunity to get some fresh air, and she couldn't think of anyone else in the would she'd rather share this moment with.

Hand in hand, they strolled along the exquisite garden until Malakai guided her to a peaceful fountain, where they settled down together. Amani glanced at Malakai’s face and immediately noticed the weight of his troubles reflected in his eyes.
