C H A P T E R - V

I gasped in horror as the water dripped down Elijah's hair and his clothes onto the floor. He gritted his jaw and clenched his fist, I could feel the anger radiating from his.

Was he now about to go all hulk mode on us?

Just as I was about to jump out the window, he did something really unexpected.

 

He picked up the paint tube and squirted it all on Nate who squealed and ran around but Elijah ran after him squirting it all over Nate. I laughed loudly but my laughter died down when Nate picked up another paint tube and started to squirt on me. 

I shrieked and picked up the tube and bent down hiding underneath the table. Poking my head out, I peeked at both of them who picked up the tables and used them as shields and occasionally throwing paints and water at each other. 

There was silence for a few seconds. 

"I'm gonna fucking kill you" Elijah grumbled hiding behind the table while Nate just laughed evilly. I peeked again to see him emptying 4 tubes in a bucket of water and he rubbed his hand together smirking like a devil.

He got distracted as Elijah threw him a water balloon that he just manifested outta his butt so I took this as a perfect opportunity to crawl into Nate's area. 

Sneakily grabbing the bucket Nate prepared to attack with, I threw it all at him cackling loudly. Nate screamed and laid on the ground dramatically poking out his tongue. I laughed and ran towards Elijah who chuckled.

We both looked towards each other panting heavily before bursting into laughter. He looked like a clown! I bet I looked like one as well. 

Nate stood up looking at himself and then at us laughing loudly pointing at us.

He took out his phone and start to click our pictures. I squealed hiding behind Elijah grasping the back of his shirt. I felt him tense a little before he relaxed. 

I only had my picture clicked once and I looked like broccoli!

We all paused and looked at each other when we heard yells and shouts when Nate screamed

"RUN!"

"That was fun" I murmured with a small smile on my face. I pulled the towel around my wet body tighter as I waited for the boys to finish. Right now we were in the bathroom, the boys let me shower first holding up a blanket as a curtain for me. They were such sweet gentlemen! 

My back was facing them because I had no intention of seeing two handsome naked men. 

"Hell Yeah, it was!" Nate cheered making me smile as I rolled back and forth on the balls of my feet.

"Fuck you, this shit isn't coming off!" Elijah grumbled as usual and I heard 'whoosh' 'whoosh' in the background before hearing Nate snicker. 

He was right, to be really honest, it came off really hard, I rubbed my skin until it was red and even then it was there a little bit, but I wasn't that bad, I shuddered, Nate and Elijah were literally covered head to toe with it. Like they rolled in it.

I clutched the large towel tightly around me, we figured it'll take us long for me to go and grab my clothes so we just grabbed the towels from the storage cabinets here. 

Feeling a tap on my shoulder I turned around, and Elijah flinched as my wet hair hit him in his face.

 "Sorry", apologizing sheepishly I played with my fingers but he shrugged and placed a comforting hand on my towel-clad shoulder.

Nate wiggled his brows mischievously and placed his arm around my shoulder yanking me close to him.

"I can't wait for you to start school" Nate whispered to me and my eyes widen and my breath got stuck in our throat.

All the boys will return the day after tomorrow. 

"Hey, hey, it's ok, we're with you, don't worry about anything munchkin" Nate nudged my head with his shoulder and he and Elijah both gave me comforting smiles.

I hope it will be. I hope everything will be fine., I hope everyone takes this as lightly as these two did. I hope I feel always happy like this. I hope I won't be embarrassed. I hope I don't jinx this.

Aah, one can only hope.

My eyes jerked open but I didn't move an inch, as I heard the lamp from Elijah's side open, and I also heard him shuffling. He grunted and grumbled as I heard him packing something. Then he neared my bed, and I nearly peed myself as he waved his arm in front of my face and I pretended to sleep.

I was always good at pretending, whenever my mother was drunk and had her bad mean friends over, I'd always pretend to sleep and it always worked. 

Elijah let out a relieved sigh and he opened the door slightly and left the room. I immediately shuffled around to look at his bed and he had arranged the pillows instead of himself. Clever butthole.

Chewing my lip in curiosity, I wondered where'd he go? Should I investigate? My eyes brighten, and I waited for a good five minutes before I hurriedly wore my shoes, picked up my keys, and put them in my pocket. I tried to recall Nate's room number, he just told me as we were walking and chatting. 

Running fastly, my inner ninja on full mode, I quickly knocked on Nate's door. Pouting when he didn't open the door, I start to kick, ouch, I hurt my precious toe.

"What the fuc-Lara Bear what are you doing here?" He asked me dumbfounded as he rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. He pulled me inside his room and locked it making me sit on his bed and offering a bottle of water as I breathed heavily. 

Downing the bottle in one gulp, I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand and gave him a serious look with wide eyes and a pout for that extra effect.

"We have a mission!" I whispered seriously while he stood up, all traces of sleepiness and tiredness went as he pranced around with sudden excitement and all hyped up.

"Ooooooh, I LOVE MISSIONS!" He whispers yelled and I slapped my forehead. Was this even a good idea?

"We have to sneak-"

"Oh my- I didn't take you as a bad girl Lara Bear" He interrupted me throwing me a smirk and a mischievous look. 

"Where is Eli boo?" He asked again tapping his chin with his finger.

"He is the one who sneaked out and we have to go find him" I explained exasperatedly waving my hands around in the air as Nate widen his eyes and came to a realization and he smiled sheepishly. I narrowed my eyes at him and he avoided my eyes.

"You know where he sneaked to, don't you?" I accused him and placed my hands on my hips.

"You know what Lara Bear? It is very late, you should go back to your dorm like a good little girl and sleep, alright? See you tomorrow, buy-bye- shoo now" He basically shoved me out of his dorm and slammed the door on my face. 

What on Earth? They were fools if they think I was letting this go. 

They were on my radar now, and I was going to go into the depth of this.
