2. Run little Lamb run!

"Run! run! run! little lamb! run!" I smirked comfortably sitting on a tree brunch as the wolf ran towards the border, in desperation.

"Yes run Wolfie go warn the others. Tell them that the girl they failed to kill is now hunting them down," I cackled like a miniac stretching my bow and poisoned arrow, aiming at the wolf.

I patiently waited until 

" Now!" I smirked shooting my arrow which landed straight on the wolfs neck paralysing him,

A painful howl that felt like music to my ears echoed through the forest and the wolf fell limp on the grass.

" Jackpot one down five to go." I said to myself tucking my bow and arrow back.

I jumped off the tree landing gracefully on the green grass walking back home with a smile on my face but it wasn't a smile of satisfaction. I wasn't going to be satisfied until I saw Damien's headless body, lying on the ground. Until I saw him burn to ashes.

After wolves literally ripped my father to shreds right in front of me six years ago when I was twelve, killing wolves has been my hobby and I don't regret it! They left me orphan and I find pleasure in killing them.

" Myra," Julie giggled hugging my legs as soon as I opened the front door.

"Hey there little bunny," I ruffled her hair kissing her cheeks. Julie was a five year old kid that I had been raising with the help of my aunt Angela and Uncle Gideon.

Both her parents were killed by Damien, how I know. Well five years ago, we were in the woods hunting for him when we suddenly heard a crying sound.

We rushed there only to find him and his associates finishing her parents off, my uncle shot his arrow at him but he escape.

We rushed to the couple only to find them dead with little Julie crying loudly in her mom's hands.

Seeing her so helpless, I decided to keep her even though my uncle told me to leave her because and I quote " a leopard never changes it's spots"

But I didn't listen to him. I mean she was just a little baby, she wouldn't turn against me, right? Especially since I didn't do her any wrong.

"I missed you!!" she said excitedly while I picked her up placing her on my hip.

"I missed you too my little princess," I added tickling her sides. She giggled prying my hands away.

"Hey how was work?" uncle Gideon asked once I entered the kitchen.

"It was okay still frustrated that I haven't caught my target yet. Hello aunt Angie," I kissed aunt Angela's cheek while she sat on the island munching on some crackers with her hand resting on her big baby bump.

"Hey honey," she responded.

I put Julie down who ran off going to play with her cousins while I went up to my room to take a warm bath.

I stripped my clothes adding my lemon flavoured liquid soap to my water making bubbles. Perfect!

I got into the bathtub soaking myself and before long I was dozing off.

*Flash back*

"You can't catch me daddy!" I giggled running around in the woods as my Daddy laughed chasing after me. I had no idea were my Mom was and Dad never talked about her not even her name. The only thing I knew was that she had ginger hair like mine with beautiful brown eyes.

A gasped escaped from my lips, making me come to a halt when I saw a huge Wolf with red eyes emerging from the woods.

"Get behind me princess," Dad said pointing his gun at the huge Wolf and before long five more emerged from the woods surrounding us.

"Daddy I'm scared," I sobbed holding on to him. Even though I was a human, I knew everything about werewolves because of hanging around Dad's workshop.

"Don't be scared little one, I am here," my Dad assured and little me nodded my head wiping my tears. My Dad was my hero and if he said he was here for me then there was nothing to worry about. 

"Ahh tsk tsk tsk Nathan, good to see you again," A man emerged from somewhere only wearing shorts.

He was really tall just like my Dad with dark hair and red eyes, he had a huge scar on his right cheek and a bunch of tattoos on his huge arms and chest.

"Damien!" my Dad spat with so much anger in his voice.

"Just surrender and nobody gets hurt," The so called Damien said with a smirk coming towards us.

"Never!" My Dad said his gun aimed at Damien.

"Okay you've made a choice.."

"Daddy!" I screamed as someone forcefully grabbed my arm pulling me away from my Dad. I tried to pry the stranger's hands away but he was too strong!

"Myra!!"  Dad momentarily got distracted and in just a blink of an eye his gun was ripped from his hands as two of the wolves that surrounded us suddenly became human, each holding one of his arms and the so called Damien had his huge hands with claws elongated wrapped around my dad's head.

"No Daddy!" I sobbed thrashing around trying to get to him but the man holding me sank his claws into my shoulders. Damn did it hurt.

"Daddy!" I sobbed watching him. He didn't even struggle or try to push them away.

"Daddy do something I am scared!"  I sobbed while he shook his head.

"A Cross never cries Myra, we stay strong."

"No!!" I shook my head 

"Hey it's going to be okay alright, Daddy loves you---"

Was the last thing my Daddy said as they ripped him apart his blood and organs splashing everywhere staining my white dress.

"DADDY!!!" Tears stopped flowing as I looked on in shock!! my Dad! What was left of my Dad's remains lay there as the men laughed!

"Come on our work is done here," Damien said to his people.

" Wait what about the kid?" The man who was holding me asked while my eyes were fixed on my Daddy's head that had been detached from his body, I felt traumatized.

"Just leave her, she's already traumatized. Hyenas will eat her up."

They laughed. I looked at each of the six men their faces engraved in my brain. 

" I will kill all of you, I will make you all pay!" I said to them angrily. 

All they did was just laughed shifting into their wolves running away while I sat on the ground sobbing.

* flash back ends*

I gasped for breath only to realise that it was a nightmare and I was still in the bathtub.

I quickly washed up then got out of the bathtub.

I looked at myself in the mirror staring at the claw marks that had tainted my perfectly tanned shoulders.

'I will make sure I make each and every one of them pay for what they did to my Dad. I will make them suffer dear----'

"Myra," A knock on the door broke me out of my stare. It was my cousin Tylor.

He was only two years older than me and we worked together. My family was actually a group of Wolf hunters.

That day my Dad died, uncle Gideon is the one who found me hours later and I told him everything. He was enraged seeing his twin brother ripped apart and he vowed to take revenge just like I did.

"Yes?" I responded wrapping a towel around my body walking out of the bathroom

"Dinner is ready," he said walking out of my room after I nodded my head.

I went to my closet got dressed in black shorts wih a black T-shirt then went down stairs.

"Great she's here," My other cousin Sammy who was just the same age as me said. Everyone else had already gathered around the dinning table.

Once I sat down, Julie moved her chair closer to mine and smiled sheepishly shrugging her shoulders when I raised an eyebrow at her.

"Don't get too close otherwise you will be the first person on her list once she you know turns," aunt Angie warned and I just sighed, placing some spaghetti and meat ball on my plate.

Julie quickly grabbed a fork eating it. We literally shared a plate.

"Aunt Angie that won't happen, we like each other," I defend but uncle Gideon just tsked saying,

" I'm going to say it again Myra only this once, a leopard doesn't change it's spots. Hunters and wolves don't mingle. We are meant to end each other,"

" No uncle I'm positive that won't happen. Plus I'm pretty sure she will be grateful to me for taking her in,"

"And what if she starts to think you were behind it? She will never believe you even if you explain, because hunters and wolves don't mix!"

I let out a soft sigh, adding more food on my plate and silently eating.

Somehow I felt that uncle's words were true but I didn't want to let go of Julie, I loved her a lot. And I'm pretty sure she won't turn against me right?

Once we were done with dinner,

"Get her ready for bed we have something to discuss," Uncle announced going outside.

"Come Julietta time for bed,"  I picked her up taking her to my room.

She never wanted to sleep alone, she prefered being with me, maybe that's one of the reasons why I got too attached.

"Good night princess," I kissed her forehead after I had tucked her into bed.

"Good night Mommy," she responded. I felt my heart sink into my stomach gosh I can't believe she called me Mommy.

I left the room going out to uncle's workshop

" She's here." Tylor said and everyone as in aunt, uncle, Tylor, Sammy and two other men Antonio and Pedrò looked at me. 

They all stood around the glass table were we usually conducted our meetings.

 "what's up?" I asked.

Tylor smirked looking at me, " we have a new target,"

"Am all ears," I responded.

"We as in you, me and Sammy are going to a new school, Holton Hills High School," He took out some papers handing them to me.

It was a list of our targets. Their profiles and every information I needed to know.

" So what's my mission?" I asked.

"We got inside information that this guy"  I looked at the front page that had a picture of a hot wolf named Brian Brooks, "Is an alpha of uh what's it called again?"

"Red Crystal Pack.." I read out.
