ALPHA DEREK'S POV

"One more bottle please", I said in a drunken state.

About five bottles of alcohol stood on the table in front of me. I had emptied the bottles and wasn't satisfied yet. This has been my life after searching for Sally for a whole week and still didn't hear anything from her. Some workers said they saw her sneaking out of the room that morning, which simply meant she had left the pack house on her own.

She probably left to hurt me and make me pay for all the times I had hurt her. She probably didn't ever love me. She only wanted to use me and then dump me. She wanted to be free. She wanted to free her mom and pack members, and I was so foolish to have believed that Sally fell in love with me.
