Grateful.

She is grateful that her mate gave her this opportunity, she enjoyed working as it made her feel responsible and somehow independent even though wren knew very well that she's far away from being that.

Wren stretched her limbs as she finished another list. She looked at her mate to find him focused on his work.

"What's wrong?" asked Zanthus still focused on his task.

"Nothing your majesty, i just finished this list." she smiled proud of her work.

"Good job kitten, you can rest if you want." he suggested

"What about you Alpha King." She asked nervously

"I'm busy." he responded shortly making her sigh in frustration, "We have been working for quite a long period of time Alpha, please rest." she insisted

"Am a lycan wren, we don't get tired." he explained

"But you're also a human being!" she exclaimed making him shake his head, " At least let's eat something i'm hungry." she added giving him the puppy eyes.

"You know that i don't like repeating myself don't you?" he warned
