Chapter 119: Nowhere

Zin knew he had to tell Dame what was going on. He couldn't keep this a secret any longer. He rushed towards Dame's room without even knocking, his heart heavy with the news he had to deliver.

"Dame, we need to talk," he said, his voice shaking slightly.

"Zin, what's going on? Is everything okay?" Dame asked, concern evident in his voice. He immediately stood up and forgot about all the documents that were in his hands. He threw it at the bed in an instant and faced his friend.

Zin took a deep breath. "No, it's not okay. Miss Lyra wasn't able to meet up with Master. I think something might have happened to him," he said. "I can't even think right now; everything is just heading straight to the dumpster! What the fuck is going on?"

Dame's voice grew serious. "What do you mean?" He nervously asked. "Where is he? How about Miss Lyra? How is she? Is everything alright on her end?"

"Of course she is worried. She has no idea what to think of right now.
