Chapter 15: Her Soul

Monday inside the school. Many more students and teachers will be seen. The surroundings of the school have been revived where there is a terrible mystery hiding in the school. When Sam entered their classroom she immediately went to Vince in his chair.

"Vince I have something to say, there we are in my seat." Sam said and walked towards her seat

Vince stood up and followed Sam. Pamela sees them and gets annoyed when she sees Sam and Vince together.

"What would you say?" Vince asked.

"I saw how the demon possessed Shane, Vince." 

"How do you see, you weren't even in the place when she possessed." Vince said and scratched his head.

"In my dream, the demon possessed her." Said Sam.

"Hey, it looks like you're talking seriously there, huh." Their male classmate said to approach them.

Vince stood up in the seat.

"Please Mark, don't bother us here." Vince said seriously.

"Just calm down Vince." Suddenly the man said arrogantly to their class.

Mark, don't bother them there. Come here, just bother us here." A man says he is pulling Mark away from where Sam and Vince are.

Because of Mark's bothered of them, they just thought of leaving their classroom. Their teacher has not come yet. They went to the library and spent time there until they returned to their classroom.

"Vince wait, I suddenly fainted. The weight of my head." Sam said sadly as they were at the library door.

"Wait, let's go inside and sit down first." Vince said.

They don’t know that Shane is secretly watching them and it looks bad on them.

"Vince wait, I suddenly fainted. I am not feeling well." Sam said sadly as they were at the library door.

"I'll leave you here first, I'll just go to the bathroom." Vince says goodbye to Sam.

Sam just nodded and Vince left as well.

Sam was still holding her head with both hands because she was dizzy.

"Sam ...!" The woman's voice whispered in Sam's ear.

"Sam ...! Sam ...!" Sam hears over and over.

"The voice is familiar." She was thinking.

Sam stood up and searched for where the voice calling to her was coming from. Only a few students were there so the surroundings were very quiet. She headed to a corner where many books could be seen on the side.

"Sam ..!" Call her again.

Sam was standing on the side where no one was there and she was the only one there. Suddenly her vision darkened during those hours so she walked slowly.

"Chase me ....!" The girl's voice once laughed.

"Who's there?" Sam asked.

She was nervous at those moments. She could hear the children running. Sam follows the sound of footsteps. She already felt scared so she decided to go back to her seat. Later she heard her name called again.

"Sam ....!" 

Sam was caught in her arms as the surroundings suddenly cooled. Gone are the children running near of her. Her vision brightened again but suddenly the people around disappeared.

"Where did the people go here?" She wondered.

Suddenly the surroundings also darkened. Sam stood on the edge of the table and surveyed the frightening surroundings of the library. Her sweat was dripping because of the nervousness and fear she felt. Moments later she felt as if someone was behind her. She turned around quickly but she was shocked to see Shane looking badly at her and holding a knife in her left hand.

"Hi Sam," Shane greeted nervously.

"Shh ... Shane.! Why are you holding a knife?" Sam was shaking with fear.

Shane suddenly burst out with a horrible laugh.

"You're going to die ...!"Shane suddenly shouted and she raised her left hand holding a knife towards Sam which looked like Shane was going to stab her quickly and Sam was shocked so she shouted.

"Ahhhhhhh ...." Sam shouted loudly.

"Sam ...! Sam ...! Wake up!" Vince's voice waking her up.

Sam woke up and what she saw was just a horrible dream.

"I fell asleep." Sam said and looked at the library manager because it is forbidden to make noise.

He was sweating profusely when Vince arrived.

"It's Shane .., I saw her in a dream, Vince. She wanted to kill me." There was a look of fear on Sam's face.

Vince hugged Sam in Sam's seat while Vince stood up.

"Let's go back to our Classroom." Vince said worried about Sam.

They go out to the library and walked up the stairs down. Shane suddenly chased them without them realizing and pushed Sam so she fell.

"Sam ..!" Vince shouted as he went down the stairs.

"Help ...! Help us!" Vince shouted repeatedly.

Sam lost consciousness and had a scar on her right leg. There was a small wound on her head that bled. Vince looked at Shane from above and Shane was also looking at them smiling as if like it had happened when Sam fell from the top of the stairs. A teacher and some students came to see what had happened when they heard Vince shout. The male teacher picked up Sam and took her to the clinic.

"Get out of there." Said the teacher to their student.

Shane has not yet left her position. She looked up at Sam unconsciously and slyly smiled.

"Your soul is mine." Shane said softly and she left.

Vince looked at Shane again but it disappeared from his sight.

Arriving at the clinic, Sam woke up due to the severe impact of her fall. Vince didn't leave her side either.

"What happened to her?" Doctor asked.

"She fell down the stairs. Someone pushed her." Vince replied.

"Who did that to her? Does she have an enemy?" A series of questions from the teacher who was there.

Vince narrated everything that happened so because of what happened to Sam a teacher who was there to let the others know to be aware of Shane.

"She's fine now, don't worry." The doctor said after checking on Sam. The male teacher who helped them also left.

Sam also woke up after a teacher left and tried to stand up. The doctor was busy arranging the envelopes on the side of the clinic while Vince was sitting near Sam's bed and waiting for Sam to wake up.

"Wait Sam, don't stand up first." Vince said.

"Where's Shane?" Sam asked.

"I didn't see her when we brought you here to the clinic." Vince replied.

"She's going to kill me. She wants to kill me, Vince." Sam said while crying.

Vince hugged her during those hours.

While Vince and Sam were at the clinic, Shane went up to the tree house and stayed there. There were two girls who saw Shane at the top of the tree house near the door of the hut. She was talking to someone while standing so the two students ran in fear.

The teachers, in turn, talked about Shane and the secrets that make it work wonders. So they figured out a way to get Shane to be diagnosed by A  paranormal and a priest.

Sam and Vince's teacher came to the clinic where they were.

"Sam don't go back to our classroom. Just rest first." Said their teacher.

"Ma'am, I'll go with Sam here first." Vince said.

"All right Vince. I'll just send your bags here." The teacher said and left it.

Their teacher immediately sent Sam and Vince's bags to one of their classmates at the clinic where they were. Soon, Sam was picked up by her daddy and Vince went home with them.
