Chapter 30

Rhiannon’s point of view

I stood at a distance watching him chat with Eleanor and Vicky as I rolled my eyes listening to him agree to go to her gig where she was playing as I raised my eyebrows.

Surely, he did not plan to go there, was he? I inwardly asked myself. I was watching him talk to her.

“Sounds great! I will come through” he retorted as I rolled my eyes before walking away. He agreed to go.

He shifted his gaze to me as our eyes met. I scoffed before turning around and walking away.

I was not going to deal with this right now. I have other things to do. I had to use the gym before taking my online classes.

After spending some time in the gym, I had my classes for the day before Michele came over for me to chat with her.

“You know what I was thinking?” She asked turning to look at me.

“What?” I asked her, after shutting down my laptop.

“We should go to you tonight. Vicky has a gig and invited me,” She suggested scrolling through all the outfits she was thinking of wearing.
