The Keeper's words hung within the cold, harsh air of the chamber. Ethan and Selene traded a look, their resolve solidifying as the magnitude of their task got to be clear. To save Clara, they would have to reforge the sword, the same weapon that had brought them to this accursed place. The Keeper's figure, covered in darkness, lingered over them, its pale eyes filled with a blend of despair and hope.

“Where do we find these fragments?” Ethan asked, his voice tense with urgency. Every second spent here felt like a step closer to disaster.

The Keeper signaled to the dividers of the chamber, where the antiquated carvings appeared to beat with life. “The parts are scattered over this realm, covered up in places where the darkness is most grounded. Each fragment is guarded by a powerful force, a remnant of the ancient war that nearly consumed all.”

Selene’s brow furrowed as she studied the carvings. They depicted battles between figures of light and shadow, locked in an eternal struggle.
