Ch85 - Sacrifice

The night was too cold, and Mariane’s clothes weren’t enough for her to cover her whole body. The clothes she was wearing were too thin for the weather they were experiencing right now. Plus, they are in the middle of the forest. The trees make the surroundings even cooler. They live in a bungalow type made of wood house and the roof was made of nipa.

“Mommy, you are hot,” Jacob said, as soon as his body touches his mother’s skin.

Mariane was chilling, and cold sweats run all over her face. Her hands were still tied to the bed with chains, so she couldn’t move freely. And she still had to wait for George to come so she could use the bathroom. While Jacob was right beside her, and didn’t leave her.

“Mommy, I will call Uncle George.” Jacob stood up and knocked on the door, so George could hear them from the outside.

“Uncle! Uncle! Uncle!” Jacob called as he keeps on knocking on the door.

George was sleeping in the living room when Jacob keeps on knocking on the door while calling h
