Chapter 1: Find a new direction

 Viga Village - a village very pleasing to the eye situated on a large prairie area, here has  a quiet, clear  stream flow through the village, creeping through small chalets. Far away, we can see  the cypress mountains. So magnificent is the canyon that I can't take my eyes off it. Besides, in this village there are also some lakes and waterfalls . All of this gives the village a scenery that is both poetic and majestic. 

At Viga Village,the majority is bred in dairy cow farming. so, there are so many people who work from the farm and deliver cow milk.

“ Well, can you carry it? Look! These two milk cartons are very heavy.” - The man put two cow  milk cartons on a bicycle, and a small girl with blonde hair, blue eyes came over.

“ Yes, it's okay, everything's still fine with meI still carry it like this often. He he" - The girl looked at the two milk cartons in her bike, then smiled at the man and answered. Then she got on her bike and started delivering milk.

On the rocky road, the little girl is trying to ride her old bicycle, carrying two large cows' milk cartons behind her to climb uphill. Her name is Violet Joan, she just passed her fifteenth birthday a few days ago. And no exception, Violet also works in the delivery of  cow milk.

After Violet finished her delivery of milk, she also completed her work today on the farm. So, se ride bicycle back home.

“ Kiiiiiii!”

The sound of the rusty old bicycle drum leg was thrown down. Bicycles in front of the house, Violet with a tired body slowly entered her house. 

“ Hello Dad, I am going home from work. You know? Today is a tiring day, but don’t worry, because everything is fine. I will try harder to earn money to treat Mom and be a Mom backstay. Dad, please give me power… Dad… I miss you so much.” - Violet walked back to her father’s altar to talk.

Her father died in a traffic accident when she was only 11 years old, because of shock, so after a year later her mother also fell ill, comatose and currently being treated in the hospital. Therefore, Violet has been working as a milk delivery person for 3 years now, she always tries to deliver as much milk as possible because this is her only source of income, her salary is used to pay for school fees and hospital bills for her mother.

Having talked to her father, Violet silently a moment, looked around the quiet house for a while, she recalling, in the past, her house where there had been happy memories with laughter every time. But now, it was just a cold place. She sighed for her bad to relieve the heavy stuff in her heart so sat down on the wooden chair next to her and murmured.

“ Haizz, the salary of this delivery cow milk is not enough to continue to study and pay the hospital bill for Mom, even if I try harder. If everything continues like this, maybe I will stop going to school. Oh well, I forgot, tomorrow is the first day of the summer vacation. I will go to Bisi town to find a better job with higher wages. If I am lucky, maybe I can pay the hospital fee in the coming time for Mom.”

While Violet is thinking at the table planning for the summer vacation, outside Violet’s house there was a voice of a woman.

“ Violet, today's work ends early?”

“ Nothing, don't worry about your mother, she will recover soon. Everything will be fine.”

After Mary left, Violet stood thoughtfully for a while and then went inside home, picked up the family photo, and clasped her hands. Her family now relies entirely on her, she is not allowed to fall, she still has a mother, her mother needs her so she must be strong to be a spiritual support for her mother.

When Violet intended to go to the kitchen to prepare lunch, she suddenly heard the voice of Mary from outside.

“Violet, that's not good, so bad, so bad” - Mary rushed over, seeing that Violet also ran out.

"What's the matter, Miss Mary?" - Violet asked worriedly, Mary was breathing fast trying to calm down and then said.

"The hospital just called me and said that my mother has just changed, it is not good. So, you need to go to the hospital urgently, now." - Mary informed after receiving a phone call from the hospital, because Violet's family did not have a phone, so she used Mary's phone.

Hearing the information from Mary, Violet immediately became worried, she rushed inside the house to get a bag and then ran out to tell Mary.

“Miss Mary, please take care of the house for me, I will go to the hospital now.” Violet was startled, seeing that, Mary stopped.

“Let me go with you, I have a motorbike, it will be faster. You wait for me for a moment, I will go back to get the motorbike." After saying that, she quickly ran home, a moment later, she rode her motorbike to Violet's house, saying in an urgent voice.

“Hurry up Violet, hurry up!” While saying that, Mary signaled Violet to get into the motorbike.

“Y…yes!” - Violet hurriedly got into the motorbike.

Mary sped up the car, heading straight for the town of Bisi, where Violet's mother was hospitalized.

Mary stopped the car in front of the hospital gate, after parking the car, the two hurriedly ran to Violet's mother's hospital room. Seeing a nurse coming in and out in front of the room door, Violet hurriedly ran over to ask.

"Excuse me! What's wrong with my Mom?"

"The situation is critical, you must wait outside!" - The nurse answered Violet casually and continued to do her duty.

"Well, Violet, let's not interfere with the doctors, let's wait here." - Mary comforted Violet and helped her down to the bench in the hallway.

An hour passed, Violet and Mary sat outside, watching the nurses go in and out of her mother's room. Violet's heart was like fire, she kept praying for her mother's peace.

A moment later, the doctor came out from the emergency room, and Violet immediately ran over.

"Excuse me!How is my Mom?" - Violet grabbed a doctor's hand and asked with a worried face. The doctor pulled down his mask and answered.

"Don't worry, your mother is out of danger. Wait a moment and then come in." After saying that, the doctor left. Upon receiving the answer Violet and Mary breathed a sigh of relief.

Through the glass door, Violet looked at her mother lying on the hospital bed with countless ropes placed on her body, Violet couldn't help but feel heartbroken. She couldn't help but burst into tears.

After a while, the nurse came out and the sign could enter the room, but before Violet could enter, the nurse spoke again.

"You follow me to pay the hospital bill."

When Violet heard about the hospital fee, she was a little worried, so she asked Mary to go to see her mother and help her while she followed the nurse.

At the hospital counter, Violet meets Emma, ​​the hospital's nurse, who often helps her take care of her mother when she's not at the hospital. Seeing Violet, Emma called out.

“Violet, are you visiting your mother early today?”

“ Hello Emma, well… ​​my mom turned bad today.”

Hearing Violet say that, Emma immediately became worried.

" Really? I have a schedule at another hospital today, so I don't know."

"Yes, it's okay, I'm going to pay the hospital bills for mom now."

Emma heard that and told the nurse in the cashier's room to check in for Violet. Thu looked at the number on the screen, frowning a little.

"Violet, your mother's hospital bill is 10 million this time."
