The next morning Ember was woken up by the sound of someone knocking on the door. She opened her eyes and she checked the time on the clock that was on the nightstand. It was only 7:30. She sighed in frustration, she wondered who it was that just came there to ruin her sleep. She rolled over to the other side of the bed. Axle had already left for work, he told her to stay home for the day because he understood that she was exhausted. He had deprived her of her sleep last night.
