Chapter 4

SANYA

Matapos ng nangyari sa pantry ay umalis na rin ako agad doon. Naglalakad ako papuntang elevator with my tumbler. Medyo nagugutom ako kasi di ako nakakain sa break ko. Bwisit kasing CEO yan. Bakit pagala-gala ang lalaking yon?

I looked at my wrist watch at halos mawalan ako ng balanse ng makitang tatlong minuto na akong over break!Bahala siya sa buhay niya, anong favor-favor? Di ako kikita sa favor na yan! Bumili siya ng starbucks niya mag-isa!

Umibis na ako papunta elevator, but for such unfortunate events ay nakasara ito ngayon for maintenance. Talaga ba?! Seriously?!

I sighed exaggeratedly and decided to take the stairs. Tumatakbo ako sa hagdan dahil nasa 15th floor pa ang prod, nasa 9th floor ako!

Ilang uli akong napapatigil dahil sa pagod at habang tumatagal ay mas lalo akong kinakabahan dahil na-i-imagine ko ang salubong sa akin ni sermon at umuusok na tenga't ilong ni coach.

Noong nasa 15th floor na ako ay halos matumba na ako sa pagod. I still want to continue running pero pagod na ako. Hinihingal pa ako.

I sat at the stair and drink water.

I roam my eyes until one thing caught my eye.

The janitress was about to enter the elevator.

How could she? Eh under maintenance di ba?

Napatanga ako noong bumukas ang elevator at lumabas doon ang nakakabwisit na lalaki. Malawak ang ngisi nito, nakasunod sa kanya ang sekretarya niya.

Ayos ang elevator, nasa loob siya...

Nandilim ang paningin ko sa nabubuong ideya sa aking isipan.

Did this jerk set up that prank on me?! What the f—arrrg!

Gusto ko man siyang buhol-buhulin pero mamaya na dail sobrang late na ako!

After I regain energy, nagpatuloy ako sapagtakbo, I tap the badge and enter the production floor, I run to our bay.

"Sanya!" Someone called my name. Lumingon ako dito habang tumatakbo. It was Mentor Jorj assisting other team. "Lagot ka sa Coach mo!"

Napaismid ako. "I know—ahh!"

I suddenly bump on some hard wall and felt my feet step on something na nagpawala ng aking balanse. I closed my eyes and wait for a painful fall to the ground.

But instead, a hard and strong hands captured my waist and held it tightly. The savior's hot breathe was on my face, and he smells really good!

Voices from the people who was able to see the incident filled my ears.

I tried opening my left eye but I couldn't see the guy's face clearly. He has this black hair and dark eyes. His face's structure looks so dashing. He is like a super—

Suddenly the arms lost its grip and let go of my waist. And me, still not regaining any balance finally taste the painful fall.

"Aww!" Daing ko pagkabagsak ng pwetan ko sa sahig. Inda-inda ko ito na tila ba'y sa paraan na itong mawawala ang sakit. I hurriedly look at the jerk, but I think I am more surprise to see him.

"Ikaw na naman?!" I screamed, not minding my attitude, behaviour and my voice.

Agad akong tumayo aka nagpagpag ng damit. Gusto ko pa siyang sigawan pero late na ako kaya tinalikuran ko na siya saka naglakad palayo. I really hate his guts!

Remember, Sanya, he is your boss! May pinanggagalingan ang kayabangan niya.

I walk towards our bay, only to be welcomed by my coach's death glare.

Bibinggo na ata talaga ako sa kanya.

"Mag-aux ka, coaching." Coach tell me then she turn her attention sa kanyang laptop. Napakagat ako ng aking labi saka lumapit sa station ko, Alleya looked at me while she's talking to a customer. She raised her hands with a thumbs up like asking if I'm okay.

I nodded and smile at her. I immediately open my PC and saw that coach logged me out. I log in again and put the aux coaching.

Pagkatapos ay pinatay ko ito muli at lumakad pabalik sa station ni coach.

"Upo." Malamig na utos ni coach. I pout and sat in front of her. She type something of her laptop until she close it and set it aside. She turn on me and napabuntong hininga. "You will be terminated."

Napanganga ako sa narinig.

"H-Ha?"

Napailing siya saka napabuntong hininga muli ng malalim. "You're courage to break the policies threatened the bosses' pride of implementing rules. They want you out for your consecutives failure to comply and follow such rules. I tried to convince them that you in this time, baka nagka-emergency ka lang. You know naman na ayokong mawala ka sa team, di ba? But this is the reality. They want me to remove you and terminate you."

Napayuko ako. I felt my heart suddenly fall and broke into pieces. I felt betrayed but it's not my coach's fault, it's my fault.

Ramdam ko ang pag-init ng sulok ng aking mga mata at pamumuo ng aking luha. I am trying my best not to cry, pero kunti na lang bibigay na ako.

"Kahit ako Sanya, ayoko gawin to pero wala akong choice but to follow and obey from the CEO."

Napa-angat ako ng ulo ng marinig ang huling salita. "C-CEO?"

Tumango ito. "Oo, Sir Justin ordered us to fire you—Wait, teka saan ka pupunta, Sanya?"

Napatiim bagang ako ng marinig ang pangalan ng antipatiko na iyon.

So he is the main reason kaya nawalan ako ng trabaho?! How could he?!

I left my bay and walk my way to his office here on this building. I walked out of the production floor and use the stair going to the 16th floor.

I'm really going to kill the hell of him.

Nang makarating ako ng 16th floor ay may dalawang gwardya ang nasa pintuan ng kanyang opisina.

"Anong kailangan mo, Miss?"

I ignored him and passed by him and make my way inside his office.

That...

I should have never done.

Nanlaki ang mata ko dahil sa scenario'ng nasa harapan ko.

Ang magaling na lalaki lang naman ay nakaupo at may nakapatong sakanyang babae na halos hubad na dahil gula-gulanit na ang kasuotan.

"W-What..."

I saw how they were flushed on their position seeing me here in front of them, watching what they were doing.

"What the hell?!"
