The beginning

Chapter 1

Kim's POV

I groaned as I opened my eyes 'such a long day to go' I said hiding my head under the pillow. 'I need to get some sleep' I mumbled and buried my head under my pillow. Just then my phone rang. It was my boy friend calling.

I smiled and answered the call, "Hey, bae!" Andrew said and I smiled.

"Hi, Love!" said tiredly.

"You sound tired," he announced and smiled rubbing my hand on my forehead.

"Just tired," I confessed.

"Okay, then see you for dinner later?" He asked.

"Yeah. I love you," I added.

"I Love you too," He said and I smiled and hung up the call.

I won't deny the fact that I love my boyfriend so much. I was about to stand up when my phone rang again. It was my bestie Kathie calling.

"Hey, K!" She said as I picked up the call.

"Bes, how are you doing?"I asked.

"Cool, any plans for today?" She added. I smiled knowing what would come next.

"No have, I've got plans with Andrew," I said and she hissed from the other line.

She doesn't like Andrew Cause she believes he's a flirt.

"Okay, bye and be early to the office," she said.

I forgot to say that she is my executive assistant. Well, meet me, Kimberly Lee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee. I'm beautiful, smart, kind but crazy in the sense that you can't mess with me cause you will get the beating of your life. I'm singer and very popular in new York, LA and other places. I really need to get out of bed or I might receive a hearful from Kathie.

Alfred's POV

I yawned as I opened my eyes and my eyes went to the bitch lying beside me. I hissed as I tapped her and she opened her eyes.

"Get out of my bed,"  I said and she looked at me gobsmacked.

Well, what does these bitches expect. I only need a one night stand with them and I'm done.

"GET OUT!" I yelled and threw some bundles of money at her.

"You'll pay for this," She said as she wore her clothes crying.

Well, I don't give a damn. My phone rang and I checked the ID of the caller. It was my Dad's secretary, who was ordered to pick me up today. I had forgotten that I'm leaving Australia today .

"Damn!" I cursed under my breath.

I picked the call and sighed dejectedly.

"You are 40 mins late for your flight," He said calmly.

"Fine I'll be there!" I said rudely and stood up frustratedly.

Few hours later. I got down from the car. I'm home already. 'Alfred John Swarts the handsome son of the president is home already' I said and laughed as I removed my sunglasses.

"Hey, bro!" I heard someone say and I turned back. I could never forget that face.

"Hey, Sean!" I said and he ran to embrace me if not for the fact that he's the senator son. I wouldn't let him hug me.

"Bro, I missed you!" he said and I smiled.

I did too. We were a bit close before I left for Australia.

"Bro can you take me to a place where I can chill and relax?" I said.

"Alfred, you never change, you are still the same!" He said and I scoffed.

"Whatever, are you taking me there or not?" I said.

"I will. Fine," He said and I smiled.

"That's the life" I said.

Suddenly my dad's secretary came in front of me.

"Your dad wants you home now!" He said and I sighed.

"Tell him I'll be home soon," I said.

He tried to protest but the look I gave him was enough to shut him up. He nodded and bowed his head and I smiled.

"Let's go!" I told sean and he chuckled and whispered into my ear.

"Bad boy,"  and I chuckled also.

Royal city club, huh? I smiled as I walked in as most attention was focused on me. I scoffed when a lady fell over her seat on seeing me. I've been used to it. Not my fault for being so handsome. I sat down with sean on a couch and ordered for drinks. Just then a sexy beautiful girl walked up to me. She smiled seductively at me and whispered to me .

"I can give you a free night stand," the bitch said.

I smiled and whispered to her. "No problem," I said.

I turned to face Sean.

"I'll be right back," I told sean and stood up and went out with her.

KIMBERLY POV

I smiled as I got down the car.

"I was fine with my work for today and I'm here at Andrew's house. I'm here to surprise him cause he said he's going to pick me up but here am I. I need to surprise him sometimes. I was surprised to see his door opened wide like that. Maybe he left it in a haste," I said as I walked in but the next thing I saw on the floor surprised me. Brasserie, panties and clothes were lying carelessly on the floor I looked upstairs and ascended the stairs.

"Andrew couldn't possibly do what I'm thinking right now," I whispered.

I heard some sounds like moans coming from the room. I walked towards the door and gently pushed the door open. I gasped as tears fell from my eyes.

"ANDREW!" I screamed in shock.

"ANDREW!" I screamed in shock and ran downstairs.

I now, believe what Kathie says.

"He's flirt! A real jerk!" I asserted and I heard footsteps behind me and I knew it was him.

I ran outside the house and fell on my knees as I sobbed harder. Just then I felt a hand touch me. I knew it was him and I slapped his hand away.

"WHY?" I Yelled as I stood up.

"WHY?" I screamed.

"Was I not enough for you?" I asked as tears fell more from my eyes.

"I'm sorry!" He said and pulled me into a hug. I pushed him and slapped him.

"Was I not enough for you?!" I yelled again at him.

"You never gave me what I wanted, you never gave me what I needed! You are acting like a saint when you are not!" He yelled at me and I blinked hard.

"What?! But you said you will wait until we are married!" I snapped at him.

"Only fools believe in that belief cause I don't," He confessed and I slapped him.

"You've just proven that I was right never giving my body to you, I will never give myself to you or any man until I'm married you hear me? From now on we are over, I never want to see you or have anything to do with you anymore!" I said with tears blinding my eyesight.

"I can't deny the fact that I really loved you but you lousy jerk broke my heart," I whispered hitting him on his chest continually.

"I Hate you!" I growled and entered into my car ignoring his pleas I drove off at Kathie's house.

I sobbed hard on Kathie shoulders. "I should have listened to you. He's a jerk! A real one and I've been a fooled," I said.

"Bestie, it's okay. You don't have to cry over that worthless fool. I just never liked him from the start, and now my assumptions came true," Kathie said.

"But I still love him a lot. I love him," I confessed and she used her thumb to clean my tears.

"Shhh, there are a lot of nice guys out there, decent man. You'll have to get over him," She said and I nodded.

"Stop crying. You have a concert tomorrow!" She added and I cleaned my tears.

"That's it!" she said and tickled me and I busted into laughter.
