Aine’s Point of View

When I first met Oishin as a mate, I was so happy, I felt like my fairytale had finally come to a beautiful end. But I was so wrong.

I was so wrong because I didn't realise that it wasn't the end of a beautiful fairy tale, but the beginning of a harsh reality. He cheated on me.

And then there was Tyga, I thought he was perfect but then I was wrong. He was a wolf in sheep’s clothing. And my reality became harsher than it could be.

Fate must have been fun playing on me. Maybe it was because of the fact that I survived despite what fate threw at me and that I refused to give up and became mindless feral.

Way back when I was younger, I have always wished for a knight in shining armour, the one that’ll be able to save me. To me, all mates were like everyone, sweet and loving. Yeah I used to believe that when I was a kid.
