Chapter 24 | A Bad Note

I roll over in my bed with a groan and glance at the clock to see that it’s 3:00 a.m.

I huff loudly in frustration because I’m unable to sleep. Too much is on my mind, and I cannot get it to shut off.

It’s been 2 days since we made our plans with Charlotte to head to her pack. It feels like a lot has gone on since then. Things have changed and now we’re not just visiting Charlotte’s family. We are actually going to stay there an entire week and help them pack so that they can move to our pack. King Archer approved the transfer, and the Alpha of their small pack knows better than to disagree with the King. On top of that, Charlotte’s family is full of omegas, so most alphas view them as worthless.

They are going to be in for a huge culture shock when they come here and see how well the royal family treats their Omegas.
