CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTY SIX

SALLY

I walked into the sitting room. I was feeling very tired after working for a very long day. I wanted to just slide down in my bed and sleep. It was a very stressful day with too many emergency meetings.

I could hear one of the maids conversing with someone in the kitchen. I didn't know who it was, and I didn't care either. All I wanted to do was to lay in my bed and sleep. As I walked past the kitchen, her conversation caught my ear.

"Killing her wouldn't be an option. Please, think of something else or contact someone else to do it. I am sure other maids would gladly do it."

My heart sank when I heard this.

"Who does my meat want to kill?" I questioned myself.

I completely forgot that I wanted to sleep. I changed my mind immediately and went straight to the kitchen. I needed to know what was going on. I stood by the door and placed my ear close enough to hear whatever she had to say. But it seemed like She smelt my perfume already because sh
