Nanny Grace placed a comforting hand on Amelia's shoulder, her touch warm and reassuring. "I know, my dear," she said. "But sometimes, a small gesture of kindness can go a long way. And I think Andrew could use a little kindness right now."

Amelia hesitated, her mind racing as she considered her options. She knew that Nanny Grace was right, that Andrew would appreciate the tea and that it might help to ease the tension between them.

But the thought of facing him now, after the way he had spoken to her earlier, made her feel sick to her stomach.

Amelia nodded, taking a deep breath to steady herself. "Fiiine," she said, "I'll take the tea up to him."

As she made her way up the stairs, Amelia couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation. She knew that Andrew was proud, and she wasn't sure how he would react to her presence.

But she pushed those thoughts aside, focusing instead on the soothing aroma of the tea and the warmth of the cup in her hands.
