"If you want I can go and swim with you. I'll help you build a sand castle too." Kairos quickly wore a forced smile as he offered himself to Beryl.

If Kairos happens to have a proof that Beryl is his and not Nicholas. I'd be sorry for the way he is hurting right now as he hear his daughter yearns for someone else's fatherly affection.

"But I want to do it with Dad." She muttered. Beryl walked back inside of the room with slumped shoulders and then she find her way back to her bed. She even covered her body and face with the comforter to hide from us as she tries to prove her point.

"I'm feeling sleepy. You may leave me now." She said in whisper. I didn't bother talking to her anymore and stepped out of the room like she wanted.

"I-I'm sorry." I told him with a shaking voice. I don't know what else to say after those words, but one thing is for sure.
