Suddenly, Hailey found herself in a different kitchen, a more spacious one.

Rob's figure was turning into someone else's. He was becoming taller and the color of his shirt had changed.

And Hailey was also dressed in something different. She looked down at the huge counter in front of her, and instead of a chopping board and vegetables, she was staring down at brownish goodies in a cup.

Hailey winced. A stabbing pain pricked at her finger and she stared down to see her fingers bleeding.

"Are you alright?" Rob reached her side in a flash. "What were you thinking about, Hailey?" He said softly. "You have to pay attention while you work."

Hailey stared at her bleeding fingers and slowly nodded.

She looked up at Rob and wondered where that image had come from. Rob didn't tell her that her illness could cause hallucinations.
