CHAPTER 23-Misunderstanding

“Babe, are you sure you’re okay?” tipid akong ngumiti at tumango.

“Bakit naman ako hindi maging okay?” ani ko sabay tawa.

He rolled his eyes at me and sighed.

“I know you’re not,” umiling ako.

“You’re just over thinker.” Tumango na lang siya at ipinokus ko na lang ang tingin sa labas ng bintana.

I waved as I bid my goodbye. Pagkapasok ko ng condo ay nanghihinang napaupo ako sa sofa.

“Hayyss Lucifer, what did you do?” mahinang tanong ko sa sarili ko. I opened my phone pero wala ako na received na message or call from him.

I forced myself to smile and stop my tears from falling. Alright! He’s a businessman and that’s normal that he’s busy.
