“Are you sure that's the only thing you want? For me to fuck you until you can’t think of whatever that’s bothering you anymore?” He murmured against my throat and I nodded my head immediately, biting back a moan when he bit the side of my neck. “Yeah, that’s what I want.” I stuttered out a response as I tried to stop my heart beat from racing to no avail. ——— Nate is a smoking hot billionaire who was brought up to take over from his father, get a wife and produce grandchildren. But, Nate was completely gay and also closeted, which made him learn how to put out a facade for the limelight. Suddenly expected to get married to the daughter of his father’s friend– for the sake of the company, Nate got thrown in a tight, uncomfortable corner— not only because he wasn’t attracted to women at all, but because he had unexpectedly began to fall in love with a man, that shockingly turned out to be the older brother of the woman he was expected to get married to.

Nate’s POV“The fuck you mean I have to get married?” I demanded in a calm voice, my fisted hands laid by my sides as I dragged in deep breaths and puffed them out immediately to suppress the anger I could already feel building up in my insides.“Language, Nate.” My dad reprimanded but I only snorted before starting to pace in a small line.“I don’t care about that right now,” I snapped and ran my fingers through my hair frantically, “Why the fuck do I have to get married? Did I ever inform you that I needed you to help me look for a wife?”“If you had calmed down and listened patiently like I asked you to at first, you’d understand why I’m doing this, but once again, your immaturity has taken over as usual.” My dad stated and I paused in a spot then turned back around slowly until I was staring down at him. He was sitting behind his desk, his hands folded and placed before him, looking relaxed as fuck.Yeah, of course, I knew he was going to bring my said ‘immaturity’ into this but do I look like I give a fuck? Absolutely not. It’s not news to me that my father sees me as a disappointment and has called me that to my face more times than I could keep count. At this point I didn’t even care anymore, there was no point- I’d always be a disappointment to him. When I kept on glaring at him without saying a thing, he pointed to the chair in front of him in which I’ve been sitting since the moment he demanded I see him in his office immediately- that was until I had stood up instantly on hearing that I’d be getting married.“Sit, son.” He gestured towards the seat and I snorted not so quietly, of course he’d refer to me as ‘son’ now, because I could just tell that I wouldn’t like what he was about to explain to me about the supposed marriage. I ignored his offer, my glare still fixated on my face and pointed towards him hard.“Have it your own way then.” He dabbed his forehead with a handkerchief before shoving it back into his pocket and moving the files around on one part of his wild desk. He picked out a heavy looking file from the middle and threw it on the desk towards me. “Go through that.”I rolled my eyes and glanced from the white file to his face for a few seconds before picking it up and examining the cover. I swiped open the file and the first thing I saw was that the company was in a debt worth millions of dollars.I glanced up from the file immediately, my eyes meeting my dad’s the very next moment.“Holy shit, how did the company get into this amount of debt? When did you all start borrowing money from banks?” I demanded, flipping through the pages fast and seeing more debts and more debts to my bewilderment. My father only chuckled quietly despite the fact that there was nothing funny about what I was currently reading. “The company has been in debt for months now, and we started borrowing money since the beginning of this year to be able to pay our thousands of staffs and buy equipments which we can’t work without.” He paused for a moment, “But you wouldn’t know that since you’re barely in the family business, would you? All these have been happening right in your future company and you’re just finding out now.”“How the fuck was I supposed to know about all these without you telling me yourself?” I snapped, my anger resurfacing around me in an instant.“You’re supposed to know stuff like this before I do as the future heir to this company, Nate.” I made to speak but he lifted a hand, cutting me off. “You’re supposed to be leading the company forward, you’re supposed to be extremely current about everything concerning this company than I am. Files like these,” He gestured towards the opened file still clutched in my hand. “Should be in your own care at this point, and not mine and your cousin’s. But you barely come to the office five days a week.”I remained silent as I went through the remaining parts of the file before dropping it on his desk, my hands shoved deep in my pockets and my foot tapping away on the sparkling neat tiles. Now what?“This is where you come in. If you get married to the daughter of the owner of our former rival company, they can pay off the company’s debt immediately after the wedding.”I shook my head slowly as my father’s words sank in.“I’m not getting married, father. You have to find another way.” I started quietly.“Well there’s no other way! And besides you’re not getting any younger. You’re in your late twenties for heaven’s sake, when do you plan on settling down? Your mother and I think this is the perfect opportunity for you to get married and start a family, and also save your future company in that process.”I started pacing again, I couldn’t help it. My head felt like it was about to explode as all what my dad kept saying sank in one after the other, making my head pound hard. The only reasons they felt it was a ‘perfect opportunity’ for me was just because they were looking for a grandchild from me and nothing more, not caring if I was fine with the stupid arrangement, if I was going to be happy in the stupid marriage or if I was even attracted to women to begin with.“Look dad, I’m not getting married to some chick...” I started to say but my father cut in immediately, “She’s not some chick, she’s the daughter of someone who can help this company from its current problems.”“Well I don’t care! I’m not getting married to some girl. You and mum can’t decide when I get married, that’s my personal choice. You’d have to find another way.” I growled, glaring at my father whose facial expression was perfectly mirroring mine.“You’re getting married, Nathaniel Blake Harlow!” My dad snapped loudly as he got to his feet and slammed his hands on the desk for emphasis, face red and booming voice echoing around the office walls. I knew the office was soundproof, meaning the outburst didn’t make it past the office walls.I wasn’t fazed one bit, funny of him to still think I’d be affected by him raising his voice and calling me my full name all at once, we’ve been through this kind of situation thousands of times.“I’m not getting married.” I echoed again without blinking and watched as my dad sank back into his seat while puffing out a hard, frustrated breath. I didn’t need to think twice to know what’s going on in his head right now.Stuffs like ‘I wish you weren’t such a disappointment, Nate.’Or, ‘I wish God gave me more than one child, then perhaps I wouldn’t be wasting my time shouting and trying to warn you every damn time.’Yeah, I’ve heard it all, I knew just how it sounded in my dad’s voice.“You’re acting selfish right now, Nate. Now isn’t the time to bring in personal feelings.” He tried again but I remained silent and just kept staring at him.I picked up my suit jacket and swung it over my shoulder, “I’m sorry dad but you’re going to have to find another way, I can’t get married to whoever the chick is.”I turned around and made to leave his office but his loud voice made me pause for a moment. “Get back here, Nathaniel.”I stood still, my fingers almost touching the door knob before dropping my hand back to my side and turning back around until I was once again, facing my angry looking father. He was now on his feet, anger making his face red.“Where do you think you’re going? We’re not done yet.”“We are, I already told you what I think, and it’s that I’m not getting married to the girl- whatever her name is.” I reminded him as calmly as I could, with my heart still beating super fast. I wanted to go into my office and catch my breath without having it choke my throat, being in the same room as my father always ends with one of us storming out on the other, which in most cases was me.“So you’re going to stand back and watch the company go completely bankrupt, have the bank lock it up? Until everything’s gone? When you can perfectly save everything by just agreeing to the marriage.” My dad mused quietly and I puffed out a breath, scrubbing my hand over my face and pulling on the roots of my hair in agitation.“I’m sorry dad, but I can’t.” I replied honestly, my voice quiet. I turned around and pulled the door open, ready to bolt, but then his next words stopped me dead in my tracks.“If you don’t agree to marry her, then I’d be left with no other option than to give your inheritance to your immediate cousin.”I slammed the door shut and turned back around instantly, my heart starting to pound madly.“You can’t do that.” I breathed out unbelievably, feeling my chest tighten up but he only shrugged and sank back into his seat.“Try me.”I left immediately without saying a word and this time, he didn’t try to stop me.Nate’s POV I got out of the car and slammed the door shut, right before I locked it with my key and did a 360 as I started to make my way out of the garage, heading straight for the main building of the house. Talking to my mother was a lot stressful and I feel so drained at the moment, it doesn’t matter that it’s been over three months since we spoke last, she made sure to spend over an hour with me on the phone today, and majority of the time which she had spent talking to me, was used in discussing about my supposed birthday and whatever it is that I wanted for my birthday.I made my way into the elevator and leaned against the wall as it started to limb up the floors, and then I decided to check what the time says after a few seconds, it was currently some minutes before it gets to two p.m in the after and I allowed a small sigh to fall past my lips in the next second, once again, I had successfully managed to starve myself today seeing as I haven’t had a thing to eat since t
Nate’s POV “Oh, you remember my birthday this year?” I asked almost immediately and I heard her voice huff a little in my ear before she started to speak.“Of course I do.” She replied instantly.“Well, you forgot it last time, and didn’t even remember until after one good week.” I reminded her as I started to slow down, seeing as I was almost home, and I paused the car at the front of the big gates, knowing the gates were going to get pulled open by the security men after about a minute. “Aw, come on Nate, it was that one time, and I got too swamped with work during those times, which was why I forgot.” She started to argue and I rolled my eyes a little as I drove my car through the now opened gates, straight into the garage.“Doesn’t make it hurt any less though, I hope you won’t end up forgetting this year’s own because of your work…” I said to her in a low and flat voice as I turned off the car engine and pulled the key out of the keyhole.“I didn’t mean to forget it that
Nate’s POV I made my way into my car and got into it after accepting my keys from the security, for security reasons, it was a rule for every cars that come into the company’s premises to submit their car keys to the security men, to avoid a situation where someone with a bad intentions can come into the company to do quickly do something and hope to get out as easier as that. I dropped the file which I had retrieved from my office into the spot on the other side of the car seat and I started the car instantly. My kind drifted backwards a little as I started to drive out of the compound really slowly, and before I completely drive out of the compound, I noticed that my dads car, as well as Eric’s were still here, which made me start to think that it was like they were still upstairs in dad’s office at the moment, and I scoffed at the thought a little as I drove out or the compound completely, into the busy roads in a fleeting moment.Today was the first time I was exchanging m
Nate’s POV Once I was done there, I tugged out my handkerchief from the inside of my suit jacket pocket and used it to wipe my face softly, lightly dabbing against my eyes that looked a little bit swollen at the moment. I heard the main restroom door start to get pushed open and I turned my head around instantly, locking eyes with a set of familiar eyes in the next second.“Nathaniel? How have you been?” Lucaa asked as he made his way into the restroom and pushed the door closed behind himself. I inserted my handkerchief into my pocket and hoped that it wouldn’t be obvious that I had been almost having a breakdown when I had made my way into here, as I turned around to stare at him. I forced a smile onto my face as I started to speak.“How–” He didn’t even give me a chance to speak before he was cutting into my words, as he closed the distance between us and started to speak.“What’s wrong, Nathaniel?” He asked in a small voice as he stared down at me with concern at the edges
I remained silent after that and after a little while had passed and I had started to feel my anger almost completely melted away, I turned back around and started to head back towards the table, where my dad and Eric were currently sitting and discussing quietly, and they were going through some kind of files as if we didn’t literally just all got into a fight eith the two of them being on the same side and completely disagreeing with me, like it had always been shive I was little, and that was how it still was today. Both men’s heads turned around to stare at me when I finally made my way towards the table and both didn’t bother to say a thing as well, as soon as I arrived towards the table, perhaps they were expecting me to sit back down into the chair that I had vacated when I had gotten unto my feet and or something, I was most definitely sure that they got really shocked when I grabbed my phone which I had placed oh my dad’s desk and inserted it into my pocket. I stared pointedl
My father dragged his hands over his face and said nothing after that, while Eric and I still remained silent, both staring down at my dad.“Aren’t you going to go ahead and apologize to him?” Eric asked from my side and I ignored him but it was at that partic moment that my ears had chosen to start to ring in such a way that was also affecting the insides of my head as well. I lifted my hand up and started using it in tapping against my ear as also using my fingers to massage the side of my head above my right ear as well.I was still trying to make my anger reduce when Eric started to speak again in a low voice. “Fucking apologize to your father, you spoilt–” I turned around before he could complete his sentence and grabbed his shirt collar eith both hands, and I tugged him forward until we were pressed lightly against each other and were both staring into each other’s faces. I faintly registered the fact that my father has also flew up to his feet instantly and had started to hasti
Nate’s POV “Nate, I don’t want you to take this personal –” He started to say but I turned sideways to stare at him as I started to breath out in a low voice.“Shut up, Eric.” I growled at him but he didn’t look like he was barely dazed by my words and only paused for a moment before starting to speak once again.“I really hope that you see sense from what I said to you instead of taking it personal.” He breathed out and I pushed out a small chuckle that wasn't funny one bit to my ears one bit as I started to speak. “Shut the fuck up.”“You’re still not getting what I was trying to say, this was exactly what I meant when I said –” He started to say once again but I shook my head and cut into what he was saying.“No, Eric, shut up. Just shut up, shut the hell up this instant.” I said to him in a low whisper, and of course, my father was going to choose that moment to interfere.“Nathaniel!” He said in a loud voice and I dragged my gaze off Eric’s face to turn back around until
Nate’s POV “Do we honestly have to do this?” I asked my father in an exasperated tone as I shook my head at him a little. He didn’t even bother to pretend to be fazed by my movement as he slowly gave a nod of his head, right before he carried on with speaking loudly like I hadn’t just spoken up. It was a Monday morning, three days after I had go over to my dad’s friends house to go have dinner with him and his daughter, Marie, and here I was at my dad’s office on a Monday morning, with my immediate cousin sitting on the second chair beside the one I was currently sitting in, and our eyes were both focused on my dad who was standing on the other side of the table.“So, since they were the ones to come here that time and couldn’t even start the damn meeting because Nsth chooses to ruin it before it even started by walking out on all of us, we’re the ones that are going to go over to their company today in order to go get the contracts signed.” Father continued and I slumped down i
Nate’s POV I made my way out of my car once I had driven into the apartment’s compound and had parked my car in my usual spot in the garage, alongside some other cars. I had two cars here in the garage. It was the rule of the house that you can’t have more than two of your cars parked in here: and so if you’re one of those people that usually own more than that, you’re to find where to put the rest of your cars in, or you can just decide not to rent the apartment to begin with– it’s really as simple as that. I made my way into the lobby and into the elevator as fast as I could. My legs were starting to hurt and my headache had thankfully reduced, which I was thankful about, but then my stomach was starting to churn, and I knew it was because of the fact that I haven’t had dinner this evening yet.I glanced down at my wrist once the elevator had started to move up the floors and saw that it was almost a few minutes before the time moved to past eleven. I carded my fingers th
