Katie came with the money and secretly handed it to Natalie, not passing Liam's vision. They bade Kate goodbye and boarded another cab to Natalie's house.

During the ride, Natalie kept on cursing under her breath so many times. Katie had always told her to keep the house tidy in case she decided to date but she always trashed her words, today she really regretted not keeping the house tidy.

Liam on the other hand was so excited he texted Old Man Li that he won't be attending the family dinner. Old Man Li was concerned but Liam diluted it with 'I am with my wife'.

At the Li Mansion

"My grandson will not be joining us for dinner, he has found his wife" Old Man Liam exclaimed with happiness.

"It's disrespectful to not attend the family dinner because of a woman" Liam's mother voiced out with her voice full of contempt

Old Man Li shrugged it off with a smile "What do you mean disrespectful, I am telling you now, isn't it? Moreover, the dinner has not begun yet"

" But father" Martha wanted to counter but was stopped halfway through

"I don't want to hear it, my grandson is with the woman he wants to marry, let him be, hmph" he stood up and left the dining table leaving an angry Martha.

Natalie kept on cursing till she opened the door. Liam on the other hand, was greeted by an exciting view, Natalie's clothes were scattered all over the place, he didn't hate it at all, in fact he really loved it so much.

Natalie awkwardly laughed while looking at his expression "Why don't you have a seat while I arrange, I am not usually like this"
