3 Years Later

3 YEARS LATER

A man is seen seated at the back of a limousine tightly holding onto a paper note while blushing and smiling to himself.

"Sir Liam, we are approaching the Li Mansion, should we stop to get something for Old Man Li" Josh asked waiting for approval from Liam

Liam looked at him for some minutes, he picked up his tablet and wrote 'Okay' before refocusing on the road again.

Josh took the cue and asked the driver to stop at the nearest mall which happens to be owned by Liam. The car came to a halt at the mall, Josh got down and opened the door for Liam. Liam's black-on-black attire stirred attention, people were whispering while looking at him. Liam noticed it and wrote on this tablet showing it to Josh "Is there anything wrong with my face?"

Josh thought the boss was really naive about the things of the world. It was his beauty that was making these women smile at him. "No boss, you're perfect"

Liam simply replied with an 'oh' and continued walking into the mall. The receptionist on seeing Josh quickly rushed to him "Sir Josh, welcome, what would you like to get" Today the receptionist thought she had to get his good books

Josh looked at her cautiously " The Boss is here to shop and he doesn't like crowds, close the mall for an hour" Josh replied without any form of friendliness.

The receptionist suddenly realised there was someone behind him, he looked so cold and unapproachable. She had never met the boss because he had never come to the mall before.

She walked over to the boss and bowed to him "Welcome Big Boss, what would you like to get?" she really thought it was over for her for failing to recognise her true boss

Liam had not been interested in whatever Josh and the receptionist were conversing for over 5 minutes. Something else had caught his attention, he turned to Josh and wrote something on his tablet 'You handle this, I will be back'. Josh nodded and Liam left them.

Liam thought he saw her but he wasn't sure. He followed her trail to the jewellery section. But he didn't see her anymore, maybe he had been daydreaming so he turned to go back but a voice caught his attention.

"Ma'am please if you do not have the money to pay, don't act like you do after all this jewellery is not your regular" The salesperson said with her voice full of disdain.

"Who said I can't buy, I am just asking a question, doesn't mean I can't buy" Natalie obviously couldn't buy but she would not succumb to any form of insult from a salesperson.

Liam immediately turned to the voice to see what was happening but halted due to the many voice that accompanied Natalie's voice

"Nat, you obviously can't buy this necklace, just beg me in front of everyone and I promise it will be yours that moment" Bradford's voice echoed making the people at the mall look towards Natalie

Natalie was surprised, at which dungeon this pig of a man had come from, he cursed under her breath for her bad luck. Before she could make another word from her mouth, a voice came from behind which startled her

"I will pay the bill, wrap up the complete set for me" Liam's words took everyone by surprise including the salesperson.

"Sir, are you sure you can pay this huge sum for a lady you do not know, this may be your 1 year salary, all on a loser" The salesperson tried to stir up gossip from the onlookers, and their reaction gave her the courage to keep going. "Sir, you may not know this but she is my coursemate in college, she was engaged to this man here but she called it off because she had slept with an old man 3 years ago"

Liam blushed profusely after being called an old man by the salesperson, he shyly wrote on his tablet 'I'll pay' and stretched out his card for the payment.

Natalie was shocked the moment she heard his voice and was still shocked during the conversation, she kept looking at him till she absent-mindedly blurted out "Hotel boy?". Liam looked at her for a brief second before grabbing her out of the jewellery section.

Bradford pulled Natalie back. He was going to embarrass her today and he must accomplish it " So Nat, because the pot-bellied man from 3 years ago did not satisfy you, you went for a younger guy to contaminate"

Bradford clearly implied that she went around sleeping with men for money and the onlookers understood very well, they all threw disdainful words and looked at Natalie. " Why make a young man pay for your bills when you have been engaged to me?"

Natalie was at a loss for his stupidity " I remember calling off this engagement with you three years ago after you slept with my mother on the day of the supposed engagement or have you forgotten?"

Bradford laughed but he was clearly embarrassed by the revelation. " I never slept with your mother, babe I know you want to call off the engagement because you have caught new fish like the unlucky young man here but give me a chance" he held her hand forcefully which earned a glare from Liam who was clearly irritated.

Liam thought he acted like a sissy. He held his tablet again and wrote, pointing it at Bradford 'She is my girlfriend', seeing the shock on Bradford's face, he was pleased.

Bradford was shocked but Natalie beat him to him with an aghast look 'GIRLFRIEND?'. Wasn't this the shy guy she met three years ago, how did they start dating?

"Natalie, it beats me that you settled for someone who can't talk but relies on a tablet to communicate" Bradford broke the heavy silence, for Bradford, it was going to be fun humiliating the two of them at the same time.

The salesperson brought the jewellery set in a packed bag and gave it to Natalie "Your card sir?"

Liam hurriedly pulled out a black card with an innocent look on his face "Here". Now not just Bradford and Natalie but even the salesperson got the shock of her life 'a black card too, just how lucky was this bitch' she thought to herself. Throughout the payment process, everyone excluding Liam was in shock. Bradford was deeply embarrassed he couldn't make out any words for himself; he had just had to be quiet. As soon as it was done, Liam dragged Natalie out of the mall.

Josh had been looking for Liam since he was entrusted with handling the gifts for Old Man Li. But seeing his boss coming out with a crazy-looking woman was the last thing he expected. Before he could say anything, Liam had already signalled him to stay put. He watched his boss enter a cab knowing fully well he hated the dirt and smell of public things.

Natalie booked a cab and they both boarded the cab leaving Bradford to himself. Inside the cab, Liam kept on fidgeting with his head hung low, Natalie felt he looked so cute

"what is now?" Natalie brushed his hair like a little child while looking at him tenderly.

"Can I kiss you?" Liam asked shyly even Natalie was surprised that he still had the courage

"You want to kiss me, why?" She pretended to not understand whilst brushing his hair

Liam removed the note from his pocket and shyly raised it for Natalie to read. Natalie went from shock to embarrassment. How was he with that, she was clearly bluffing when she wrote that and he still held onto that.

"You promised me the thing when I meet you again" Liam whispered shyly but noticed Natalie stopped ruffling his hair, he was displeased. He raised her hand and placed it on his head again and Natalie ruffled it again which made him smile again

"You still remember this, you want to kiss me and still have sex, have you really been sex starved for 3 years" Natalie asked body after recovering from the shock earning a glare from the driver and a blush from Liam. Liam nodded vigorously at her while his head was still low.

"Can I really kiss you?"

"Will you kiss me through the tablet, if you want to kiss me, you need to say it like you mean it" She glared at the tablet and him which made Liam afraid she was going to change her mind. He quickly asked her with his mouth, earning a smile from Natalie.

Natalie leaned forward and kissed him but his sloppy kiss reminded her that he was still a novice "Have you only kissed me?"

Liam didn't recover from the kiss, his lips were still wet and it really turned Natalie on "Yes"

"You're still so bad at it, follow what I am doing okay" She kissed him again without waiting for his reply. Liam was slowly getting into it when they heard
