S2: Chapter 28: Intervention

The dinner table was very quiet. Only soft clings and clings can be heard from Martha moving the dishes and meals to the table while Edgar sat with both El and Clarke were there across from him. 

Edgar was staring at Clarke long and hard, a hint of anger in his gaze. He couldn’t believe how Clarke was the dark version of Daniel, an exact replica with his own twist and now, he is sitting there to have a dinner with his wife and daughter. He even tried to call Christine before that to make sure everyone is on board with the fact that his youngest  daughter is getting married but like always, the brat tends to ignore him. Not really a surprise tho until she runs out of money . Which begs to differ, why she haven’t call him now?
