Standing beside the throne was Tobias. As he watched the Princess of the Pack walk in with all her glory and grace, he couldn't help but smile as she waved at him. She always did that whenever she was summoned into the meeting room to join in with the meeting. She would always wave at Tobias like they were so close. But before Tobias could wave back at her, the Alpha also stepped in as everyone bowed to him while the Princess hummed a song, going to her seat as she sat down. Something about her always intrigued Tobias. Even though he had promised himself that he wouldn't be too friendly with her. Even though she was a very innocent soul who always tried her best to get into a conversation with him, he always found one reason or another to push her away. As he stared at Lily, biting on her pain, feeling a bit frustrated and lost in thought, he couldn't help but remember that he was solely sworn to protect the family of the Alpha from one generation to another. Not just him, but all his families. And he had to keep to his word as a warrior and a better to the Alpha. He had to behave himself and that was what he did. He looked away as the Alpha sat beside him.
“Tobias,” the Alpha called as Tobias turned to the Alpha in respect.
“My Alpha,” he muttered.
“I heard about your victory in the other Pack, and I want to say I am really proud of you. I love what you did and I love the grace you used to conquer them. You are still the best of all the men I have ever had in my palace,” he said as he bowed to him in respect and smiled.
“Thank you so much, my Alpha,” he added before turning back. Just then, Lily, who could not take in the boring meeting, stood up and was about to walk away.
The Alpha wasted no time to call on his sister. “Lily,” he yelled as she turned around to him with a fake smile.
“I got bored. I told you I don't want to join this meeting, but you forced me. I literally don't know anything from the booklet. I don't even understand anything. You know what? When the meeting is over, I would ask you questions and you let me know things that I'll be able to understand. Then we'll be good. But sitting here with all these elders is just kind of boring,” she said and walked away.
The Alpha could not help but run his hands through his hair in frustration. He had tried everything possible to make his sister know that she had to be involved in everything that was happening because she did not really know how the world could turn out. If he would even last long enough to protect her. She needed to know the ins and outs of everything about the palace, but she was just being rude and unable to concentrate because she still thought she was a teenager. The Alpha turned to Tobias, motioning for him to follow after Lily. He was already used to it. After all, that was one of his main jobs given to him by the Alpha. To always follow Lily around and protect her. Which was something he always had to do. He nodded to the Alpha and immediately raced out of the throne room and towards Lily, who was walking so casually down the hallway while going through the booklet. Tobias could not help but marvel at her grace and the way she wore the gown so elegantly. Working with it, he could see all her curves. He immediately shook his head sideways.
“What is wrong with you?” Tobias stopped thinking. “Rubbish,” he murmured to himself. But his voice got to Lily's ear and she turned to him with a crooked brow.
“Tobias,” she called with such a good and mesmerizing voice that Tobias could not help himself but nod at her.
“Are you following me? Are you like stalking me?” she questioned as Tobias laughed.
“Of course I am not following you and I am not stalking you. You always know. Your brother said I always follow you and I have to keep to his rules. That's just what I'm doing. Do not think it too far,” he said to her as she laughed.
Without wasting time, she hurriedly rushed towards him. As she clicked, she placed her arms around his, walking like they were a couple. Tobias tried to remove himself, but she turned to him with a frown.
“What are you trying to do? Are you trying to push yourself away from me? Then I would report you to my brother that you are pushing yourself away from me and that's not supposed to be happening at all. You are not protecting me. If you want to protect me, then you have to have me so close to you,” Lily said.
“If only Lily could understand how much affection he still had towards her and how he could not help but have such weird feelings for her.”
“You have to stop this. You have to stop acting childish, Lily. You're no longer a baby anymore. You are now an adult and you have to always remember that. Stop acting all childish,” he said to her as she laughed.
But without saying a word, she immediately kissed him on the cheek and ran off. Tobias was stiff at that moment. He held to his cheek, unable to move. He couldn't even blink as his eyes were opened widely, staring at her as she ran off. She had gotten halfway through the hall when she turned around with her same enchanting smile. She waved at him to follow behind her as she ran off. Tobias shook his head, trying to bring himself back to reality as he followed behind her. They soon got to one of the verandas which faced the garden. It was a place that Lily liked to sit down and read. And since she was assigned by her brother to read the booklet, she decided to come to the garden. This place was more secretive. No maids around, no girls around, and none of the maids even went to the garden except to trim the flowers and bushes around. She sat on her chair. As she looked at Tobias, who stood like a soldier in front of her, she could not help but giggle.
“Can you stop that already? You are like my brother too. So you should stop acting like you are a guard or something and just release yourself. Sit down and teach me everything in this booklet. That's why I need you,” she said.
Tobias obeyed without saying a word. He was still in utter shock from what she did earlier as he sat opposite her, watching her go through the bullet booklets and mumbling some more to herself. That was when he got to realize something. Lily was no longer a child anymore. She was now a grown-up who knew what she was doing. She was not a small girl who he could control around, who he could force to do things, to sit down, to eat, and to go for princess lessons anymore. She was now a woman after all. She was not even a child anymore. She was now fully grown and now entering her 20s. He shook his head. He did not know what was wrong with him. But today he was acting different. He felt like she was getting so possessive of him in ways that he could not change or stop. She gave him the booklet, and without hesitation, she relaxed her leg on his, almost going so close to his manhood. As he stared at her, she smiled again like she was doing it intentionally, slowly moved her leg away from there. But it was too late as Tobias Wolf was awakened. He looked at her, unable to say a word as he tried his best to control himself. But Lily was not making it easy for him. She stood up and hurriedly placed a kiss on his cheek again.
“Something about kissing you on the cheek just amuses me,” she muttered. But it was not that easy because Lily's scent was now engraved in him. Tobias did not know what was getting over him. He couldn't control himself anymore. The intensity was just too much for him.
“And Lily wasn’t making it easy for Tobias either, and even though Tobias wasn’t ever having the thoughts that Lily had any sort of affection for him, anyone could easily see that she was doing this on purpose.”
“Tobias, you seem stiff, should I kiss you instead?” Lily muttered shyly, but Tobias had gotten to a stage where he couldn’t control himself anymore.
Authors POVTobias knew that he could not control himself anymore and could not keep himself away from her. So instead, he tried his best to look elsewhere and think of something else. But Lily was not making it easy at all. When she noticed he was a bit hesitant and was moving away from her, she got even closer to him.She lifted her chair up and put it close to him, handing over the booklet to him. “Now teach me everything. I want to know everything. I don't want to stand there and be like a novice when they ask me all these questions,” she said in such a relaxed mood.Tobias stared at her and then down at her lips. It was getting more intense, and now he was more than sure that Lily was doing this intentionally. This was not her just acting normal the way she normally does. This was an intentional act from her, and he had to stop her before she went any further. Or does she think her movement has no results in him? He laughed at her and stood up.“Do not worry, you can learn this b

Author’s POVEven though Tobias had engaged in a lot of reckless behavior, he was not as young as Lily. He had had fun with different women multiple times before, so a female kissing him should not have shocked him in any way. But he was fully immersed in the moment, experiencing total intensity. As he kissed her, his soul could not help but beg for more. It felt like her lips were becoming more tantalizing with each passing second. He continued to suck on and nip at her lips with all he had in him. He had waited for this moment ever since he had watched her grow up; he had always wanted her in his arms, naked. He did not care whether the water was cold or whether she might be uncomfortable. His wolf had taken over—or should he say, they both had. Their wolves were eager to devour each other. They continued kissing for nearly ten minutes, only separating when Lily finally grew tired. Author’s POVIt turned out that when Lily had written that letter to Tobias, she raced in excitement toward Tobias's chambers. However, she had never been there before, so she did not know exactly where she was going. She called one of the maids to help her locate Tobias's room, but the maid noticed the letter with Lily. The seal was clearly one used between lovers, and to worsen the matter, the maid had huge feelings for Tobias and had always tried her best to get him to notice her. She watched as Lily raced away, clenching her hand into a fist angrily. “So, Lily is trying to pursue Tobias. She’s trying to tell him that she loves him,” the maid thought to herself before devising a plan to get Lily out of the way. The only idea that came to her was to report it to the Alpha. She raced quickly toward the Alpha's throne room. Even though she knew the Alpha might not listen to her or might even dismiss her, she still would not let anyone else have Tobias. Author’s POVAfter Tobias received his warning from the Alpha, he decided to change his approach. He resolved to keep his distance from Lily and protect her from afar. That was the only way everything would work out perfectly for him. If he kept trying to get close to her, things would only continue to spiral out of control. He could not accept that. Author’s POVTobias and Lily had just finished their intimate encounter. As Tobias sat on the bed wearing only his shorts, Lily lay beside him, feeling as if she were on top of the world. She couldn’t help but giggle to herself, reveling in the fact that she had truly been with Tobias. It felt as if she could continue this forever. However, she sensed that Tobias was filled with regret. She stood up and began to put her nightdress and jacket back on. Tobias looked at her with a frown. “Why do I have a feeling that something bad is going to happen? Why did you have to force me into this?” he said, his voice tinged with concern.Lily laughed lightly. “I didn’t force you to do anything. This was mutual; we couldn’t keep away from each other.
