Theresa looked at the girl across from her and wondered if Estela would reprimand her.

Even though the person in front of her was now a teenager, she still couldn’t forget Dawn’s image as a toddler.

And right now, Dawn was interrupting the adults’ conversation.

However, Estela didn’t reprimand her and looked at Dawn instead, waiting for the explanation.

Theresa sighed. “Go ahead.”

“Ma’am, the money was sent to me as payment for a work I’ve made. Seeing as they’ve only sent that amount now, I assume they’ve divided it into installments.”
