Estela thought of how good Dawn had been doing at school since the start of the school year. She would be disappointed if just because of dating a boy, she would revert back to how she was.
She could only pray that Keenan was indeed as gentlemanly as how he seemed.
“Alright. Then I’ll take your word.” Estela sighed, nodding. “Keenan, you should head home before it gets too late on the road.”
“Yes, tita. I’ll be going now.” Keenan didn’t overstay his welcome. They had just told her of their relationship. It would seem rude if he would expect her to accept it easily.
