Kate's POV

yesterday's events kept replaying in my head: Charles' drama, Keal's argument, and his sudden change as he played with my kids. I couldn't even focus on the work in front of me.

The door was knocked and opened by Kyle. “Ma'am, your banquet is going as planned, and all the neighboring packs are eager to attend.”

I smiled, feeling another achievement on the way. I am about to open a new company, a big one, bigger than this, where I will only do business with werewolves from around the world. All thanks to Kael.

Just then, the door was opened by haron, who greeted only me and went to his seat. I expected his sister to follow, but there was no sign of them.

“Haron, where are your sisters?” I asked.

“He came to pick them up with that mask on his face, and I refused to follow,” he said. Without mentioning his name, I knew who he meant.
